Sperm count is very important in men's health. Men's health is as important as women's health to the survival of human society.

If a couple wants to have a baby it is important for the man to have a high sperm count.

We read that the sperm count is declining due to many reasons such as the current stressful lifestyle, sedentary work, lack of exercise.

The testes are the small part of the male semen.

1 ml of semen of a healthy male contains millions of sperm. Females conceive when a sperm reaches the egg.

While some tests are done on both couples when women are infertile, men are tested on semen. In this, sperm count, quality and motility will be examined.

Men should take treatment if they have less than 15 lakh sperm per ml of semen.

After the age of 35 to 40 men's sperm count begins to decline. It is said that men can contribute to child birth till the age of 80. However, sperm count starts to decrease with age. So late marriage will already have reduced sperm count. It is one of my thought because the healthy food and nature will decide the men health.

The men who exercised less and watched more television had significantly lower sperm counts compared to men who were more active.

Exercise is beneficial for health. However, some exercises can affect sperm count.

For example, long-distance cycling and long-distance running in tight clothing can reduce sperm count.

Using loose underwear in a trouser shape can keep sperm count better than tight underwear.

Apart from these, drugs like cigarettes and alcohol should must be avoided because it causes Low sperm count.

Stress is also a cause of low sperm count so don't stress too much in any kind of problem.

A proper diet is also important to maintain a healthy sperm count. Meat and pulses should be included in the diet. Also, all kinds of fruits, onions, garlic, honey, peanuts and ghee should be included in the diet.

Bathing in cold water is very good. Wear loose clothing to keep the genital area ventilated.

Exercise regularly. Exercising a few hours a week is of the testicles sperm Motility will increased day by day.

There is a myth that heavy exercise in gyms will increase sperm count. But these two are not directly related. So do not believe myth and rumors. Eat healthy food and breathe fresh air will improve the health condition.

Due to adequate daily exercise, the sperm count will be good. Along with this, a proper diet is also essential.

You don't need to go to the gym to increase your sperm count. It is one of the myth spread through internet.

Sitting for long periods of time at work does not affect sperm count, but if your body temperature rises while sitting, it can affect sperm count.

Smoking definitely lowers sperm count. Regular smokers will definitely have lower sperm count. Cigarettes contain harmful nicotine. Smoking reduces the amount of oxygen in the body. It affects sperm count. Therefore, stopping smoking can increase sperm count.

Diabetes and high blood pressure also cause low sperm count. There is no direct correlation between stress and sperm count, but there is definitely an indirect correlation. Chronic stress causes changes in hormones. It affects the sperm count.

As a result, the seed sacs have to work harder to produce sperm. In such situations, sperm quality deteriorates due to additional stress. Also their numbers will also decrease.

Holding a laptop on your Thigh for long periods of time is believed to affect sperm. However, it can have some consequences as the thighs get hot while working with the laptop continuously on the Thigh.

Masturbation is also believed to lower sperm count. This is not true. However the excessive masturbation can affect penile erection during intercourse.
