Let's learn more about love stories from the brand perfume what you heard around.

1. Louis Vuitton Le Jour se Leve was released in 2018, created by Jacques Cavallier. Notes of grapefruit, mandarin orange, orange, bergamot, black currant, lily of the vally, jasmine, green notes, osmanthus, magnolia, peony, rose, white musk, Iso E Super, Vanillin and Vanilla.

From the brand - "Le Jour Se Lève is a citrusy, floral and musky fragrance that represents an olfactory voyage, celebrating the first rays of the sun with a what is described as refreshing and radiant composition. To convey this bright optimism, Jacques Cavallier chose one of his favorite ingredients: mandarin. Jasmine Sambac, bergamot, magnolia petals, osmanthus, blackcurrant and musk are among the other notes."

Louis Vuitton is a French luxury fashion company - famous for their gorgeous and distinctive bags and the LV monogram. Founded in 1854, it was folded into LMVH, which has the brands of Moet et Chandon, Hennessy and Louis Vuitton.

2. Gucci A Reason to Love was launched in 2022 as part of The Alchemist's Garden Collection. A collection that is inspired by alchemy, using natural plants augmented with modern molecules. Each is intended to tell a story of a place, a moment, a season, a memory.

Working with Allessandro Michele, it was created by Alberto Morillas, it is unisex fragrance centered aroudn rose and oud with notes of damas rose, peony, cardamom, agarwood (oud) and Tolu balsam. This is an EDP, eau de parfum.

3. Rogue perfumer Manuel Cross considers Targhee Forest to be his first "scent of place," an evocation of a specific location in time and space. That place is the vast, unspoiled beauty of the Caribou-Targhee National Forest in Idaho. From the first sniff, you can absolutely picture yourself welcoming the dawn among the towering lodgepole pines. The bracing morning freshness of wild sage and crisply aromatic juniper begin to slowly warm with the emergence of sappy fir balsam, balancing earthy vegetation and green oakmoss with sun-warmed, resinous woods. Grounding, soothing, and elegant, Targhee Forest is as uniquely special as the wilderness that it takes its name from.

Targhee Forest is a woody aromatic fragrance that features notes of juniper berry, fir balsam, sagebrush, citrus, pine, oakmoss, geranium, amber, cedarwood, patchouli and musk. It is an eau de toilette, edt.

4. Tom Ford Bitter Peach was released in fall 2020 as part of the Private Blend line of fragrances. From the manufacturer's description "Intoxicating Peche de Vigne and Sicilian Blood Orange Oil release the slick sweetness of Bitter Peach at its luscious peak. A sensual heart is revealed through rum-infused Davana Oil, while a surge of Patchouli lures senses to the furthest reaches of inner sensuality and abandon."

I get peaches soaked in rum. If you don't like peaches in perfume, you are going to seriously hate this. The davana makes it interesting and keeps it away from being just a pretty linear peach shampoo scent. The drydown is peachy resinous vanilla -- a much more moderated peach by then.

Tom Ford Bitter Peach has notes of peche de vigne, (peach) blood orange, davana, rum, cognac, patchouli, sandalwood, labdanum, vanilla.

5. Tom Ford Lys Fume (spiced, smoky, animalic lily. It's Tom Ford, just go with it) features notes of mandarin, pink peppercorn, nutmeg, turmeric, white lily and vanilla.

Tom Ford's Jardin Noir (Night Garden) series for his Private Blend Collection was released in the fall 2012. He told the New York Times, when asked about this new series, "'When you showcase their [the flower's] darker and less innocent aspects, flowers can become so thrilling and beautiful, they could almost ruin you. That was the sensation I was after."

Tom Ford Private Blend has released a prodigious number of fragrances, ranging from the amazing to the weird to the slightly kinky. Not all of them are masterpieces, but they usually are as interesting as Tom Ford himself.
