Recipe for Chocolate negress

Chocolate negress, a chocolatey and very quick recipe. I don't know why I had the impression that negress are complicated cakes to make and not at all tasty. I saw them as little black, spongy little heads and... that's about it.

Well, I was terribly wrong! I made this chocolate brownie recipe 3 times in one day and it turned out perfect every time! And it didn't take me more than an hour, no baking, of course. Can it successfully replace a cake top (that's what I did, but the recipe is coming in the next few days) and what is the most pleasant? No salting required!

They are perfect! Intense bittersweet chocolate taste with a moist, chocolaty texture and an mmmm flavor! But watch out for the oven. Do not exceed the baking time, otherwise the blackberries will be dry. Try the recipe as it is, if you double the amount, I warn you, these little chocolaty morsels are addictive. And one more thing! Use a good dark chocolate, not the household ones.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 130 gr of butter (I used butter with 80% fat, but you can also use butter with 65% fat, I think it's ok)
  • 100 g of chocolate powder (I mixed a chocolate taken out of the fridge, using a robot)
  • 150 gr flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • vanilla sugar
  • a little salt

Method of preparation

  1. Mix the butter at room temperature together with the sugar.
  2. Do not stop until the sugar is completely diluted and you have obtained a foamy mixture.
  3. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  4. Add the gabenus, one by one, over the butter cream and mix.
  5. In the obtained cream, add flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder, chocolate powder, and homogenize. Towards the end, add the cream.
  6. Mix the egg whites. Add 1/2 of the amount over the mixture, homogenize, add the remaining egg whites and mix gently, from bottom to top.
  7. In an 18/26 cm pan, put baking paper, put the composition spoon by spoon, level and put the pan in the preheated oven, on medium heat, for 30 minutes.
  8. Test with a toothpick and if it's ready and the toothpick is clean, turn off the stove, if not, leave it for another 5 minutes on low heat.
  9. When it has cooled, portion it and either put the glaze on it or not, as you wish
  10. I had the glaze prepared the day before for another cake (100 g of melted dark chocolate together with 80 ml of liquid cream) and I put a little bit on each cake.

The negresa with chocolate and walnuts is one of the best and tastiest cakes, perfect for holiday meals but also for any time of the day when you crave something delicious.

My cake will take you back to your childhood.

Blackberry recipes are probably the most loved cakes by chocolate lovers. They are made very easily and quickly and are finished immediately.

When quality ingredients meet in a cake, which may seem trivial, the result far exceeds expectations and makes you want another piece, then another and you realize that the cake is over too quickly. Homemade chocolate cakes are the best and they are very easy and quick to make.
