Facebook is one of the most powerful social media platforms known to man; it’s as simple as it gets. You can even go from sharing pictures, to telling your friends about how you’re feeling, and to make it better, you can even let the world know your relationship status. Facebook gives you all the tools that you need to release any anxiety, or negative feelings that may be residing in your heart, or destroying your nerves. Facebook has also made itself creative enough to let you relive the happy memories that you may forget you even shared. So if you want to make sure you heart stays at ease, and keep your nerves calm, just get the Facebook app, and I promise you that you will not regret being apart of the Facebook family.

Twitter is the next runner up for nerve release. It’s actually one of my personal favorites. The fun thing about Twitter is you can say what you want without any backlash. You are allowed to tweet however long you want and no one can say anything to you about it. The other amazing thing about Twitter is that you can make amazing friends on this app, you can become close with people that you have never met in person. Now, meeting new people is not always a bad thing, because some of those new people can be closer than people you knew for years. Twitter is also set up where when you agree with someone, you can retweet their tweet, and it will show up on your page where your friends can see that tweet. So Twitter is even more of a nerve release outlet because you are allowed to release any words you want without consequences. Would you like to know an even cooler feature about Twitter? They have set up a way for you to determine who can comment on your post by switching the audience that you want to see it. So even if you just want your friends to see this tweet, you have that option. So if you ever want to let it out and you feel that you can’t talk to anyone about your problems, you can always go to Twitter.

Do you want to relieve your nerves more by pictures? Download Instagram! Instagram is the top tier of social media right now. It is the platform that everyone is talking about and goes to the most. Instagram has flourished from sharing pictures, to shopping, to even creating if you like. Instagram has turn into a multipurpose platform that allows you to free yourself in ways that other platforms don’t. If you express yourself better and want to feel beautiful, if you want to create a silly video, and even if retail therapy is your outlet, Instagram is the best social media platform to have. Another thing about Instagram, is that you can also go live and talk to and express yourself to people that are willing to listen to what you have to say. Instagram has become one of the biggest platforms since launching in 2010. So if you are looking for that spicy outlet to relieve some stress, Instagram is the way to go.

Let’s get into the world of Snapchat. Snapchat has truly took a extreme turn of how it’s created different ways to impress its users. There was a point in time where it was just about sharing videos about everyday life. Now, you can show your everyday life, read about everyday events, and even call your Snapchat friends by phone or FaceTime. Snapchat has made it to where their users can make endless amounts of videos, share them to their stories, and let other people engage in what is being said. This is a good tool to relive your nerves if you just want to talk it out. You can also connect with many people on this app, and you can even find many people in your contacts by your phone number. Snapchat has also created its own news feeds and has put mini tv shows that Snapchat has put up if you want to watch something entertaining. So if you really want to let it all out of what you are feeling in your heart through your voice, Snapchat is the way to go.

The new favorite app in the social media world. The world that kids adore the most, and can truly be themselves. Tik Tok is a platform that people can go on, and dance, sing, do voiceovers, and make funny videos to music. Tik Tok has become popular due to kids wanting to do funny videos with the fun voiceover feature that Tik Tok offers. The most amazing thing about Tik Tok is that it has become a family oriented app. It is a platform where the whole family can come together and have fun doing funny videos. The way Tik Tok can make you feel better is to choose any voiceover you want, and have some fun with it, getting out all your nerve problems, and having fun as well. So if you need a good laugh and a major platform to help bring out the best of you, Tik Tok is the way to go.

YouTube is one of my favorite ways to calm my nerves. Music is the way to my heart, always has been, and always will be. YouTube is a musical platform that allows you to pull up any music video, any inspirational video, and just about anything else video wise that you can think of. YouTube has been the best source of music since 2005. Another amazing feature about YouTube is how you can not only find videos that you know of and love, but you can also create a video of your own. You can even create videos that are about an hour long. So if you are feeling like you are in the mood to really express your feelings, Youtube is a great platform to make that happen. I personally love to be on YouTube all day if I can because I love music and music is my therapy. So if you ever need a strong therapeutic outlet to really relieve your stress and calm your nerves, YouTube is the place to be.

In conclusion, Social media has become a powerful source for not only the heart to keep at ease, but for the nerves to be calm, and the brain to be focused. If you ever want to make sure that your nerves stay calm, download all of these social media platforms, and you can’t go wrong and you will be calm all day. From the likes and interactions on Facebook, to the likes and comments on Instagram, to the story reviews on Snapchat, to the funny videos on Tik Tok and down to the power of music from YouTube, you will have better nerves.
