If a small plant is properly cared for, it will grow into a very large plant one day. Likewise, hope is an element in our lives that should be instilled in every area of life. Practicing an optimistic attitude will develop a solution-oriented attitude within you. Optimists believe in creativity no matter how many dangers come their way in life. They do not accept defeat in any problem but look for a solution. Hopeless people are afraid to take risks.

If they fail once, they think it is nothing but foolishness to start the same thing again. Just as optimists vow to achieve a big goal, pessimists fail before even starting a big or grand task. They recoil from fear of criticism or rebuke. A hospital has many unconscious patients. Their helplessness touches our hearts. If you talk to these dying patients, you will know that they still want to live. They do not give up hope of survival until they recover.

Eventually many recover and start a new life. They are important lessons for us. If they can win the battle of life then we too will continue to strive honestly so that we can succeed in every field. If you lose hope, you must bring it back. Moreover, you will lose everything. Hope is something hidden within us, which springs not from the brain but the heart. It is a wonderful power that lies dormant. Hope instills a firm belief in purpose in our minds.

A few days ago I met a childhood friend. He is currently a successful freelancer. I used to think that he was very optimistic about himself since childhood. Whereas my other friends were still chasing jobs, he was optimistic about becoming self-reliant. My other unsuccessful friends thought that self-sufficiency was not possible without a good job. But this successful friend of mine believed in himself. He would not be disappointed if someone told him something depressing.

This friend of mine today earns about $60,000 per year. But those who lost hope in themselves and ran after the old system are still living almost unemployed. Hope gives people momentum. A person who gets close to this speed always moves forward. But he who has no hope thinks of failure in everything. If life is a circle, hope must be at its center. Hope should be dreamed around. You have to live with hope.

My neighbor has a grandfather. He had a very strong and fit body when he was young. Now he is more than 80 years old. He still walks with a stick. I talked to him about this one day. I asked, "Dad, what would you do if you suddenly lost the ability to walk?". He replied, "I never think like that, as you told me. I am always positive about my health and hope I can spend another 30-40 years like this."

I was surprised to hear these words from my grandfather. He is so confident even at this age. He is still living a healthy life because he is so optimistic about himself. The positive expectation of yourself makes 50% of the work easier. And pessimistic thinking sets you up for failure in the first place. If you have hope in what you do, your mind will find ways to succeed. Optimists exploit only a small probability of success. They hope that no matter what the obstacles, they will finish the job.

Do some people think that hope is the foundation of success at work? They believe only in material reality. But they don't think about how to succeed in a task through optimistic thinking. As a result, failure does not leave them behind. I am talking about a famous person. Everyone may know him. He is none other than Jack Ma, the founder of the famous business company Alibaba. Although we know him as a successful person in the world, he was not such a successful person.
