Do you want more money in your life? Are you someone who wants to be able to buy that new $1,000 laptop or go on that $2,500 vacation? Well lucky you! Here I have some tips and tricks that will help you get there quicker than you think.

#1 Save change!

Yeah I know that's a little obvious. Wow, someone telling me to save my change, I would have never thought of that. Quite honestly many people don't do that. Only true money savers think to keep their change. A penny, nickel or dime can go a long way if you really think about it. Most people leave their change in vending machines, store counters, floors and basically anywhere. If you see some there while your getting a drink, waiting in line to pay, walking along the street, sitting at a table in a place where there are no waiters/waitresses, etc. go ahead and take the dime or the dollar or whatever is there as long as it is not claimed by someone because at the end of the night that's free money.

#2 Sign up for rewards programs!

Most places have rewards programs that are openly there and not usually used. These programs will save you money! Places like Ulta, Famous Daves, AMC Theaters, American Eagle, Outback Steakhouse, Pacsun, Target, Best Buy, Friendly's, Zumiez, Journeys, etc. all have rewards programs that are free to sign up and offer discounts, coupons, money rewards for opening emails or points toward money off of your next purchase. If your worried about having your email becoming clustered or filled with unwanted emails since there are a lot sent out each day from each franchise, create a new email or have only one email dedicated to reward programs.

#3 Download apps!

Apps like Google Rewards, Harrison Polls, and Life Points are all apps created on giving you money. Some you fill out surveys that give you points or actual money credited to that account which can later be taken out through Paypal, e-gift cards or actual gift cards. Other apps like Sweatcoins give you virtual money that can be spent on getting a new phone, discounts or even convert to Paypal money. This one can take time but it helps become quickly if you already are active at home or work. Leave it on in the back ground and watch it grow!

#4 Students: Use Student Discounts!

Many places give student discounts and its up to you to find the ones that work best for you and use them. Those in college download Unidays and sign up with your college email and there's a huge list in all departments. Sometimes there's really good deals like over 60 percent off while other deals can be less but they constantly refresh. PARENTS: DON'T FORGET THERE ARE ALSO DISCOUNTS FOR KIDS TOO IF THEY HAVE A STUDENT ID! Here's a link.

#5 Don't pay full price!

If you want to buy something you don't need then apply this but if its something you absolutely need it's best to have quality over quantity so you don't over pay when it could've been over and done with the first time. This is when you have 20 shirts for winter, 15 pairs of shoes, 40+ movies/video games or just feel like buying a new console. Wait for the sale/discount or only shop in the sale/clearance section. Many times people send back a new item which is put up for sale or buy a certain item and it goes on sale right after. This is because there is nothing wrong with sales, EVERYTHING is planned to go on sale eventually!

#6 Do side jobs!

Maybe you already have a job or you are too young/old but you want more money. If there are no allergies do pet sitting, dog walking, pet grooming or baby sitting. Some people I know doing this make hundreds of dollars a week every week and still have their free time because it's based around your time. If that's too much try tutoring a subject you know well or offer to help clean something for a family member or close friend like a car, computer, kids room, etc. These things typically help you get quick cash no matter the experience.
