My love story
**The Sound of Summer Rain** Lena stood by the café window, watching the first drops of summer rain splatter against the glass. It was a rare kind of rain – light, almost musical, creating ripples in the puddles on the streets below. Moments like these, when the world seemed to slow down and she could just be in the moment, were very special to her. Her coffee had gone cold, but she didn’t mind. The place was empty except for her, the usual hum of conversations and clinking cups absent for the moment. She was lost in thought when the bell above the door chimed, pulling her back to reality.

Digital Minimalism: How to Detox from Social Media for Better Focus
Let’s be honest: most of us open our phones to “quickly check something” and end up watching a 3-minute video of a raccoon cooking pancakes or getting deep into someone’s 2008 Facebook photos (how did we get there?!).

the reason you aren't moving forward
Hello, my name is Alex, and I am here to help. This isn’t one of those scams courses that once understood apparently you will be rich. The internet is full of lies. It’s very hard to believe people nowadays but I want you to trust me, however I don’t want you to think when you have read this you will be perfect because you won’t. But it should hopefully help you improve your life. It also won’t make you rich in any way shape or form. The purpose of this is to harness the tools that your mind has that u don’t use. I promise you to read this will change your perspective on life. It might be quite long, but it will be worth it. Everyone always wonders how to be successful, but people don’t realise how. It’s more than just waking up early and working. It is there every day when u don’t want to. One of the most important things u must learn is the ability to say no. saying no to things that won’t benefit your future is the first step every person needs to take. Saying no to staying up late, scrolling for hours, wasting time, eating bad food but it isn’t just that simple. You can just say no, you must mean it. When you tell your brain ‘I am going to do this’ and you don’t do it, that is one of the worst things you can do. You need to make it, so your brain believes you. Your brain is powerful but dangerous. Start by telling yourself, when the alarm clock goes off, I will be getting up. Then the hard part. You must do what you told yourself. I think a good way Is to have a mental quote in your mind. There are plenty but what I use is I just think about my future self. Think what he is thinking. Is he regretting, sad, lazy, fat or he is in your dream life. Most people have the potential to be great they just can’t unlock it. Another very important thing, motivation will not help you. Motivation is what gets you started but the only thing that keeps you going is discipline. Discipline is what wakes you up with that hunger to achieve, what drives you forward when u don’t want to so watch motivational videos on TikTok will not fix anything. It will keep you stuck. You will watch the video, be motivated and start working. And then about 5 minutes later your back on TikTok. I believe the best way is to remove your phone from the situation. Leave it in another room or turn it completely off. Now, this will not apply to everyone so if it doesn’t skip to the red word to keep reading. Stop. Watching. Porn. It kills your mindset. Every time you relapse you lose energy, testosterone, and your opinion on women isn’t correct. You believe that every woman wants to sleep with you, and you will sexualise everybody in your life. When you stop you are a completely different person. It is hard and I understand but its worth it. Trust me porn is the downfall of man. Now that is over, we can continue talking about the phones. Young people nowadays will spend an absurd amount of time on their phones not doing anything helping their future self’s. I completely understand how hard it is as someone who has gone through all these things and I still battle to this day with all these addictions but again you must learn how to say no. Saying no will fix your life. Taking the phone as an example, let’s say you add a screentime limit. Stick to it. How it all depends how far down the rabbit whole. But maybe set 4 hours per day or less if u want. But when that screen time hits just turn it off. What changed it for me was charging my phone on my desk and not next to my bed. I think that is one of the best stepping stones someone must overcome to be successful in life. Is let go of social media. Most of it isn’t real anyway. I would also like to apologize if this isn’t the best. I am writing this of the top of my head so its real and not from a script or ai. I would like to thank you for your time and I will be writing many more if it gets the reception.
