Imagine a starry night and snow in the forecast! So, if you are looking for ways to get cozy today at home; I have some ways to transport you to a winter wonderland.

Starry Night – Snow in the Forecast

When you are thinking of a clear sky full of stars and a beautiful bright sky with snow falling; the wee hours in the morning are the perfect time to use your binoculars or telescope.

Celestron – AstroMaster Telescope

However, if you don’t have a telescope; you may want to consider buying one to discover the night sky.

So, if you’re a beginner; this telescope comes with an AstroMaster 70AZ refractor which provides a great view to see the stars and the snow.

Imagine gazing at the night sky and learning about celestial objects! Not only is this telescope user-friendly; but also comes with a lightweight frame, two eyepieces, and an adjustable tripod which provides better and brighter images.

Also, this telescope is ideal to use to view a full moon or when the sky changes.

With the Spring season around the corner; now may be a good time to invest in a telescope. When the sky changes color; you will be prepared.

While the snow if falling; take the time to see the snowflakes. Did you know no two snowflakes are alike? Each snowflake has its own identity making it unique.

Finally, there is nothing better than cooking some comfort food or trying some new recipes.

Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

For an easy recipe to make from scratch; why not make homemade macaroni and cheese?

Use elbow macaroni and boil for approximately 5 – 6 minutes. You don’t want it to get too mushy and overdone before you place it in the oven. However, if you are not going to place it in the oven; you may want to boil the pasta a little bit longer.

While your pasta is boiling, set aside your favorite cheeses.

Next, mix all of your cheeses together and add 1% milk to thicken.

Add some ground black pepper to your sauce and stir so it doesn’t get lumpy

Finally, add your macaroni to your saucepan or you can bake for approximately 30 – 40 minutes on 350 degrees.

In addition, you may want to add some breadcrumbs to top off your recipe; but make sure they turn golden-brown for flavor.

Bon appetite!

In summary, while you are enjoying your snow day; use the day to organize some things in your home and begin something new. For example; why not organize your photographs and take a walk down memory lane?

As always, I welcome your comments on what you will be doing for a starry night of snow?
