Shut the noise up

For a very long time, I have been observing a growing trend where everyone is either trying to sell us products through affiliate marketing or a sudden rise of content creators on platforms like You Tube or Moj that talks about how you can make your next $1000 per month through blogging and other ways.

But have you really given it a thought that all these are just ways on how to market your products or services better or to just have the attention span of your audience for some more time, be it minutes or for an hour depending upon the medium you are engaged in.

In this attention grabing economy, its all about how long your consumer stays with you or are you able to sell your product or service to him. We are constantly surrounded by what is called, "FOMO syndrome" i.e Fear of Missing out. That's what is I feel the strategy most You Tubers resort too. They make you feel that if you are not someone who is not using social media for marketing of your products and services or are not a Creator on You Tube, you are likely to miss the bus. But the major point ignored heavily in all this "YOU".

The most important voice that you need to hear is your gut feeling, your intuition or your inner wisdom.

That's what is important. You might not feel like starting a You Tube channel or maybe you are someone who is happy working a full time teacher. What matters here is you and not some content creator advising on starting up business or freelancing. We really need to shut the outside noise, chaos and listen to what our heart and mind are allowing us to do.

You may think, Payal that's right. But I even have to pay my bills. What about that?

I agree that we all have lives and have to be a little practical with decision making. But the point that I am trying to make here is to listen what your intuition is telling rather than relying on some content creator's advice. I am asking you to have conversations with real people on ground whom you cannot find on You Tube or other social media.

The real successful people or businessman are at work toiling hard and burning the midnight oil. You will hardly find them on social media because they are busy converting their dreams into reality. That's whom you should be speaking to, having conversations with or have them as mentors and work on solving your financial or career related problems.

We must be listening to and work according to our inner wisdom or knowledge that we possess. We all have a different life path as unique as our finger prints. Our journeys are different. All we have to do is to embrace our uniqueness boldly. We should take pride in the strengths that we possess. We should be working on our weakness secretly without letting others know about it. Understand that all you need is to embrace yourself, your attitude towards life, your strength and channelize it to serve the humanity.

When you do that, you will be much more happier and make a lot of money because the intention is to serve humanity while embracing your uniqueness. In this entire process, you will be a strong guiding force of life that shines his or her light and guides others on their journey. Soon in no time, you will be someone who is the light for others. And as they say, every student has a unique teacher. Only when you hear the lesson from the one who is your teacher will you understand the deep meaning of this subject called" life".

So my friends, " Listen to your Inner wisdom." and show up in the world.
