Our goal is to bring comfort to our guests by providing a place of honor for them in their busy lifestyle and to provide the freshest and most versatile artisanal foods. We are a bakery-café founded in 1988 specializing in delightful assortments of breads, pastries and cakes baked daily. Our mission is to bring happiness to everyone by adapting to people’s ever-expanding palates with our decadent, unique and sophisticated pastries, breads, and cakes. We serve a variety of treats ranging from appetizing snacks to stunning and delicious cakes for all occasions, as well as chef-inspired sandwiches and salads.Our bakery is an organic-certified coffee roaster with a passion for quality and coffee. We are certified by the UCAN (United Coffee Organizations Association), and our coffee is sourced directly from our farmers in Colombia, Ghana, Ghanaia, South Africa, Ethiopia and Kenya. Our coffee is roasted by a certified coffee roaster in a small, quiet, and beautiful coffee farm in the Congo. Our coffee is 100% organic, gluten-free and certified fair trade.

Our bakery has become a destination for people looking for a quick and convenient way to spend their money. It’s an ideal starting point for people looking to set up a shop or a new business from scratch. It’s also a place for those who want a taste of a range of cakes that are locally sourced. It’s a place for us to celebrate our love for food and to celebrate our love for the farmers and the town of Blackpool.

Our bakery is a family affair, where every member of the family is involved. The most important thing is for each family member to take the responsibility of the day’s baking and making very seriously. We use an all natural, all organic flour, which is made from the finest organic ingredients, and we use organic milk and butter. Our baking process is all-natural. We also source from a number of farm suppliers and organic gardeners. We have a small team of experienced butchers and we use the freshest, natural, organic and low sodium butter from Holland & Barrett.

Our bakery is run by a team of experts who are trained in the best practices of our market, and we have a dedicated team of suppliers who supply our baking equipment and baking supplies. We source our ingredients from trusted suppliers who are committed to ethical and sustainable production practices, and who share our ethos of quality. We also source our own ingredients, which help to maintain a consistent product range. We don’t source our own ingredients, and therefore don’t need to purchase it. Our suppliers can sell their products as part of our range, so we don't need to purchase it, so our range is not limited.

Our bakery serves up delicious cakes, cookies and tarts with our unique flavours: bavarois, piquant desserts and artisan pies made using top quality butter and milk products. The restaurant operates out of the same factory building as the kitchen, but its location can be seen more clearly through a small window overlooking the beautiful countryside surrounding the brewery and the farmstead.

Our bakery has been here since 2010 and is still going strong today.

Our bakery is an open-access shop in which we sell our home-baked bread, all-natural pastries, cakes, pies and cupcakes, as well as our own coffee and tea blends and teas. We also sell our own organic raw ingredients, and we have a number of other products and services, including an art gallery, a hair salon and a garden.
