I’ve heard through the grapevine that LinkedIn is the place to be.
It has equal “playing ground” and opportunity to go viral like platforms like TikTok.
One post could have the potential to change your life and your business.
But what if you're too “time strapped” to post on LinkedIn?
What if you're too lazy to dedicate the time to grow your follower base on LinkedIn?
Imagine this…
You have a follower base filled with your ideal clients, and you don't have to spend “extra time” getting them.
You’re connecting with your ideal clients on autopilot and you’re “breaking the ice” by sending them the first message.
You’re sharing your blog articles to an audience that wants to read your work.
In short, you can get there.
It just takes a little time, effort, and automation.
Are you ready to learn how to grow your LinkedIn profile and audience on autopilot?
Let’s get into it.
But First, Why Another Platform Tina?
I get it, being a content creator means that you have to spread yourself thin across many platforms - and LinkedIn is no exception.
I’ll be honest, I’m not an expert in LinkedIn, and I don’t claim to be.
I am an expert in building automations that allow you to automate your content creation, distribution, and growth.
When I first came across the use case of growing your presence on LinkedIn I knew it required two things:
Content Creation
Audience Engagement + Growth
Now, automating your blog articles to LinkedIn posts was fairly easy, but automating engagement and audience growth was a different beast I wanted to tackle.
In short, growing your audience base on different platforms gives you leverage and diversity. If your main traffic source fails, you have a backup to follow.
I’m helping you grow your backup on autopilot.
The LinkedIn Growth Strategy
Before we had social media and ads, people actually had to get off their ass and go get business.
That means you knocked on doors and talked to people.
Very time-consuming process, but relationship building will pay you dividends for years to come.
Similar concept to implement, unfamiliar environment.
Instead of waiting for your followers to come, why don’t you take the time to go get them?
I’m talking about leveraging LinkedIn to find your ideal clients. Don’t wait for them to go to you, go to them.
Before you can go to your ideal client, you have to know who they are and where they hang out.
If you don’t know where to start I recommend doing market research. This article helps:
Once you’ve identified your ideal client, you should have a general understanding of what their “job title” may be.
For example, I primarily serve content creators, so potential job titles I could plug into LinkedIn would be:
Content creator
Influencer
Medium Writer
From there, LinkedIn would have a query of individuals that fit that job title.
Consider these individuals as “potential leads” - meaning they could be the ones who read your articles.
At this point you could manually connect with them, engage, so on and so forth…but that takes way too much time.
Which is why I recommend you create a LinkedIn CRM tool like Waalaxy (get a free month trial when you use my aff. link).
How to Set Up Your Waalaxy LinkedIn Automation
Here’s their overview video:
I’ve used them to automate my growth and prospecting on LinkedIn, and have enthusiastically built solid relationships on the platform.
But What if You Don’t Want to Sound Botty?
Bots and spam get such a bad rep because people abuse their tools…and they don’t know how to give value to their audience first.
When you create your first campaign, simply start with:
A Thank-You Message
A Question to Give Back
Instead of asking them how they can help you, ask how you can help them. It will surprise you the amount of engagement you have in conversations when you lead with helping people in mind.
It could be as simple as saying:
“If you would like to connect with anyone in my network, shoot me a message and I’ll make introductions”
Doesn’t that sound better than receiving a message that says “blah, blah, blah…buy my product”.
How Does This Increase My Readership?
You’re curating a targeted audience in your profile that holds your ideal target market.
When you repurpose your blog articles to LinkedIn, you can leverage your profile traffic to your blog articles - which can help with both visibility and income.

In summary, I’ve shared with you the strategy and tools to automate your LinkedIn growth and readership. I recommend tools like Waalaxy (get a free month trial when you use my aff. link) to help you get started.
