Many people will argue, "Oh, what do I care about the rich? But the truth is: it takes the average rich person who starts with nothing 12 years to build up their wealth. No one becomes rich somehow. Except for demolitionists. Strictly speaking I don't think a demolitionist is considered rich unless he can have an equally rich brain.

What are some good habits that can make us ordinary people rich?

One: I need to develop good daily habits of my own and do them every day as I do.

No one can be successful if they do not have a clear understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. We must be honest with ourselves and unapologetic in order to be able to make an accurate assessment of ourselves.

How do you assess? A simple and reliable way: by examining the supporting lifestyle and habits. Draw a table with two columns on a piece of paper and fill in the first column with your bad daily habits and the second column with the corresponding good habits. The second column will become our list of good habits to develop.

Record the development of good habits each day

Two: I will set daily, monthly and yearly goals as well as long-term goals and then dedicate myself to pursuing my goals.

People without goals are like fallen leaves in autumn, aimlessly drifting around with the wind, allowing the chores of life to interfere with their ability to do their jobs and allowing random things that have nothing to do with work to distract them.

Same day goals: Make a list of those things that are likely to be achieved that day (80% likely), prioritise those on the list and set a certain time frame for completion. Set a lower priority for events that are less likely to be completed that day. These things can be put off until the next day to be completed. This has the advantage of leaving yourself room to manoeuvre and can reduce frustration. At the end of the day, evaluate the list. In the long run, we build up a system of accountability to ourselves.

As soon as the list is 80% complete, the goal for the day is considered a success.

Goals are set for the month, breaking each goal down into specific any and steps. For example, my goal for the next month is to sign up 4 clients. In order to achieve this goal, I need to see 10 clients per week over the next four weeks. To achieve this goal, I need to make 50 calls per week, which spreads out to 10 calls a day.

Goals for this year and the coming year: something that I am sure I can do and that I want to do, and break each goal down into a number of tasks that need to be completed. For example, my first goal this year is to get my teaching certificate. To achieve this, I need to study, so I'm going to draw up a study programme of one hour every weekday and five hours every weekend.

Long-term goals: Long-term and broad goals. Think of it as your 'wish list' and set specific steps to achieve each goal on your list

For example, if I want to buy a house in five years and the down payment is $500,000, how much do I need to save each month to achieve this goal.

How to ensure that the long-term goal stays within our sight: use a vision board. If you want to buy a house in five years, for example, print out a diagram of your ideal house and stick it on your desk or in front of your desk.

3: Improve your self-worth every day

Boring people will find excuses to glorify their uninspired performance.

Ways to improve your self-worth: read books related to your industry, self-improvement tired books, and participate in creative projects to improve your overall literacy. Participate in activities that help to enrich your brain and expand your knowledge.

Four: Focus on your health every day

Eat healthy and keep exercising. For successful people, exercise is as common an activity as brushing your teeth. Consistent exercise keeps the body strong and the mind clear. Exercise improves our immune system and reduces the incidence of disease, which means we will be more productive. It's important to manage your weight, focus on the total amount of things you consume each day and nourish your body through exercise.

Bums don't have a long-term and regular health control system, they are always looking for the latest and most effective recipes that claim to be slimming. Their concern for health is purely whimsical. Often they are stimulated by external factors and suddenly decide to eat less or eat differently. It is really to meet their needs that a wide range of diet recipes and weight loss products have appeared on the market. Not knowing how to control their weight, they can only swing back and forth between gaining weight and losing it. The damage this behaviour causes to the body is reflected in chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease.

5: Build and maintain sustainable relationships every day

Successful people use a variety of tools to help them expand their networks, finding various reasons such as: remembering the names and birthdays of their contacts, giving gifts to newborns, calling to wish them well, etc. They return calls promptly and do everything they can to improve the quality of their relationships.

The unsuccessful ones adopt a "fire-fighting" mentality to manage their relationships. When faced with an emergency, they reach out for help, often choosing people they have neglected, and in the end, they don't spend any time or effort on relationships.

Successful people gather names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, occupations, spouse's name, spouse's birthday, children's names, schools, hobbies, etc. Recommended uses: outlook, birthday reminders

The best way to remember people's names is to sort and manage the people you know.

6: Live a disciplined life every day

Living in moderation means living a balanced and harmonious life without going to extremes. Life is a marathon, not a sprint. So moderation is maintained in work, exercise, eating, drinking, chatting, texting, TV, etc. One does not get overexcited or depressed and dull, one is not easily angered or startled.

Unsuccessful people instead go to extremes, they binge drink and tend to overreact. They are too dependent on food, alcohol, drugs, or rumours, too obsessed with personal wealth, their own opinions, ideas and behaviour. They are emotionally unstable, their health is deteriorating and their finances are not sufficient. They have a climbing mentality and therefore always allow outside influences to control their spending patterns. If they happen to receive a large sum of money, they may spend it on luxury properties and good food to show off in front of people.

Seven: Tell yourself to "do it now" and get your tasks done on time that day

Successful people know how important it is to be in control of their lives so that they are not led by the nose by life or anything else. They are often goal-oriented, setting goals and then focusing on achieving them. They tend to act proactively and do not improvise after an event has occurred.

Unsuccessful people tend to be particularly procrastinative. Always putting off what needs to be done that day. They live with the flow, confused and bewildered. They find it difficult to even finish something from start to finish because they are always interrupted by emergencies again and again.

8: Facing life with a get-rich-quick mindset

Successful people are optimistic and positive and feel powerful. They always cheer themselves up and never judge themselves. They are used to giving themselves positive self-talk and encourage themselves with positive affirmations every day to reinforce their attitude. Of course they also occasionally have some negative thoughts. After all, there are countless negative reports delivered to us every day by various media, and absorbing this information can cause us to become anxious, fearful and angry. This in turn makes us victims of negative energy. Successful people are aware of this, so they choose to watch or listen to content that provides positive energy.

Unsuccessful people tend to be hard on themselves, like to beat themselves up and possess negative thought patterns. They lack the ability to act and are used to receiving negative information, especially those who like to read information that makes people angry at the very headline. Ultimately, they feel hopeless and powerless in life.

One of the most effective techniques for changing thinking patterns is "positive affirmation".

For example.

I will get the tasks on my to-do list done every day

I will achieve my goals

I am lucky

I am successful

I am a senior executive in our company

I love my job

I love working with people

I call my parents every week

So-called positive affirmations actually reflect what we expect of ourselves, such as what we want to be, what we want to obtain, what we have and how much money we hope to earn.

Nine: Every time you get paid, put 10% into savings

Successful people always pay themselves first. Before there are any bills to pay, the line takes 10% from it and puts it into their savings.

Ten: I control my thoughts and emotions every day

Successful people are the masters of their own thoughts and emotions. Negative thoughts can lead to bad decisions and bad consequences, so it is essential to find ways to replace these negative thoughts and emotions with positive ones. Their strategy is to think, evaluate and react. Thinking buys us time to see the form, assessing gives us more time to determine what to do, and ultimately reacting is the last thing we have to do.

Successful people are very busy and they do not allow themselves to drown in sadness and depression.

So: the good habits are summarised as follows.

1:I will develop my daily habit of being rich and do it every day

1:I will set daily, monthly and yearly goals as well as long-term goals and then dedicate myself to pursuing my goals

3:I will improve my self-worth every day

4:I take care of my health every day

5:I will live each day in moderation

6:I build and maintain sustainable relationships every day

7:I will tell myself to "do it now" and get the day's tasks done

8:I will live with a get-rich-quick mentality

9:I save 10% of my paycheck each time I receive it

10:I control my thoughts and emotions every day.
