Khloe Kardashian - A Lesson On How Lack of Self-Confidence Leads to Bad Choices

How To Make Better Life Decisions

By now we all know that Khloe Kardashian is expecting a second child via surrogate with Tristan Thomspson aka Trash Thompson, her daughter's father who has cheated on her multiple times.

We have seen Khloe over the years display behavior that is clearly lacking in self-esteem such as her changing her face every week, multiple surgeries, enlarged buttocks, and now presently, a deflated one to match her sister, Kim's present physique. Time and time again, whenever she gets mocked online she quickly has to resort to explaining herself or deleting pictures that are not insta-perfect.

When Keeping Up With The Kardashians first aired, she was labeled as the overweight, unattractive sister that never could measure up to Kourtney or Kim. She has struggled to overcome her weight issue by practicing extreme dieting and working out obsessively. These types of techniques work to a point, but the real issue is self-concept and working on your inner self to heal those deep wounds that lead to a lack of self-confidence.

When you have self-confidence and a healthy dose of self-esteem, you stand a better chance of making better decisions in life whether it be personal, or monetary. The choices that we make in life can either lead us on a path to humiliation or admiration and right now, she has clearly been humiliated in the public's eye for her bad decision-making skills.

Her reason for choosing to have another child with Tristan is totally absurd. Having the same biological father for her kids no matter what the character of the father is, is quite disturbing. If she plans to have a third child will she choose the same scenario too? Mind-blowing to say the least. What example is she setting for her children and future children? Money does not sweep these issues under the rug and she will end up tied to Tristan for the rest of her life even if she tries to move on. She is ultimately denying herself a great relationship with someone new, who will treat her with the respect that she deserves and a father for her kids that she can be proud of.

How To Acquire Self-Confidence And Overcome Low Self-Esteem

Start a self-care journey via a notebook or journal

Write down five positive things about yourself

Affirm those five positive things every single day

Speak kindly to yourself and delete negative thought patterns acquired through childhood

Upgrade your values by knowing that you deserve the best in life, don't settle

Learn to be assertive and stop saying “yes” when you really mean “no”

Identify your strengths and talents (everybody has a talent, you just have to find yours)

Don't compare yourself to others, stay focused on your journey

View yourself as equal to everyone

Spend more time with positive people who support you in life

Keep learning and be open-minded

Appreciate your physical body and treat it well by fueling it with healthy food

Improve your self-image by exercising

Toss out old raggedy clothes and upgrade your wardrobe

Get an adequate amount of sleep (8 hours or more)

Keep social media to a minimum

Accept your flaws but try to improve the things you can by learning and growing

Celebrate your achievements

Enjoy your own company

Always remember that confidence comes from within. When you love the person that you have become, the new you will make better choices and decisions. You will come to find that the things that you were drawn to, you now find repulsive (e.g. friendships/boyfriends/jobs) Know that you are enough and have always been enough.
