Stains are inevitable especially in summer when we are tempted to eat a lot of fruit, when we go to more parties than in the rest of the year and when we go on a picnic. What to do, especially when it comes to stubborn stains?

Well, probably the first answer that comes to mind is "I'll take that blouse to the dry cleaner", after which you think that there are a lot of cleaning products on the market, so you will surely find one that suits you. Help.

Of course, there are these possibilities, but we suggest you opt for a method that costs you nothing and that requires only a little patience. In the following, we will present a complete guide for removing stains from clothes.

Here's how you can have clothes like us!

Homemade methods to get rid of stains on clothes

Stains on clothes are a recurring problem, especially if children or pets are part of the family.

To get rid of them, we suggest you try a few simple methods, which do not involve any expense and which will get rid of the problem in record time.

1. Grass stains that give you headaches after going on a picnic come out quickly if you apply liquid soap on the spot or if you apply a solution obtained by mixing hydrogen peroxide with water in a ratio of 1: 1.

2. Mud should not be excluded from the list of factors that lead to staining clothes. But you can get rid of the problem by letting the stain dry and then removing the solidified mud with a toothbrush.

The remaining traces will be cleaned if you apply on them a paste prepared from borax and water.

3. Who hasn't faced the white spots left by the deodorant at least once? If it is difficult for you to get rid of them by classic washing, we suggest you try another method.

It is about using the same mixture of water and hydrogen peroxide in a 1: 1 ratio that we talked about above. It should stay on the stained portion for 30 minutes, then the garment should be machine washed, adding 250 ml of hydrogen peroxide to the tub.

4. Grease stains are among the most stubborn, so first you will need to sprinkle a little baking soda on the affected area and leave it for a few minutes so that the fat is completely absorbed.

After that, remove the powder and soak the garment stained in vinegar for 15 minutes. When the time has passed, apply a little liquid soap on the stain and only then put the clothes to wash.

5. Tea and coffee can seriously stain your clothes, but don't worry, because there are solutions in case of such an accident. It would be best to apply a paste made of borax and a little water on the stain, leave it to act for a minute, and then wash the clothes as usual.

This method is also effective for older stains. But if you do not have borax on hand and the stain is fresh, you can opt for a simple hot water rinse of that place.

6. Tomato sauce stains can appear when the world is dearer to you: when you enjoy a delicious pizza or a portion of pasta. What to do? Nothing simpler: pour a little vinegar on the stain, then wash the respective item of clothing in the car.

7. Egg stains, gelatin, blood, or any other protein-based factor should not be removed using hot water, as this will only aggravate the situation. Instead, soak the clothes in cold water for an hour, and then put them in the washing machine, adding 120 ml of hydrogen peroxide and 120 g of baking soda to the tub.

Follow these tips and you will no longer need to turn to laundry services or buy various expensive products, full of harmful chemicals for the skin.
