Making MONEY as an Artist is not that Difficult , So In This Blog I am sharing 8 ways From which you can Make Money as an Artist

As an Artist you can't Depend on one Earning source , you have to Build Multiple Earning sources , Thus In art there are two ways of Income sources Active and Passive Income

1- Selling your Original Art

By Steve Johnson on Unsplash

Selling your Original Art is a Type of Active Income , You Have to make a Painting or any form of Art and Then Sell on Etsy or any Art Gallery or an Exhibition in your City , But it Takes Time as an Average Painting Takes Time of weeks or even months , so it is a slow Process , But you can also Sell Prints of your Art . But it is Definitely a Good source of Revenue

2- Commission Orders

By Henrik Dønnestad on Unsplash

Taking Commission Orders is a Type of Active Income , It is Really Frustrating as you need to be Really Consistent and you have to make Changes According to your Clients , So in my Opinion Taking Commissions as a Beginner Artist can be Really stressful ,But if you are a Intermediate or a Professional Artist it will Definitely work out with you .

3- Selling an Art Course And Tutorials

Selling an Art Course or Tutorials is a Really Nice source of Income , so it is Really nice Passive Form of Income , You can make a Tutorial and a Course and sell it Digitally on Patreon or Skillshare or any other Platforms , so you Don't have a Tension of shipping

4- Affiliates

By Christin Hume on Unsplash

Affiliates is a Really Good source of Passive Income but this Really workss if you have a Audience Already, You can Promote Art Materials on your Social Media like Instagram , Blog , Youtube and many more Social Media Platforms , you can Join the Amazon Afilliate Program . you Earn Revenue Based on clicks on your link and the People who are Buying the Products Through your Link

5- AD Revenue

By Pawel Czerwinski on Unsplash

If you Have a Youtube channel or even an art Blog , In youtube channel in a 10 minutes video usually 2-3 AD's are played , but you can join Google AdSense only on Youtube , but on Blogs you can Place more Than 20 AD's and you can Join Different Agency's like Google AdSense , Mediavine or Adhrive , Thus Mediavine is more profitable than Google AdSense , But Mediavine Requires a Minimum Page Views to join .

6- Selling an Art Book

By Elisa Calvet B. on Unsplash

Selling an Art Book , You can sell an Art Book which includes Imformation ,Prints and Knowledge . you can make a book on Comics , How to Draw , How to Master Art etc , If you make a Physical Book there are a lot of Expenses , so it is Better to Make an E-Book as it is Digital so anyone can Download it . It is a really Good source of Income for Professional Artist on Skillshare

7- Teach Classes on Skillshare

By Lewis Keegan on Unsplash

You can teach Classes on Skillshare and Earn Money , If you have any Type of Skill in which you have imformation You can teach People and Earn Money from Royalties on the Platform , This is like a Passive Form of Income .

8- Selling Services on Fiverr

You can sell Services on Fiverr , It is usually a Digital form of Commissions , Thus you can Provide Services for your Clients on Fiverr , you don't need a really large Audience , I Think It is an Effective thing for Beginners .

Improving your Art is really Important , If you Don't Improve your skills , It is Difficult to Build an Audience , So First Improve your Art , If you do all this stuff Together you will be able to Earn over 100,000 dollars , But it takes couple of years to build at this Level

Thanks for reading this Blog I will Post an another Blog on How to Build an Audience and More Topics which will help you on your Art Journey
