Method 2: Restart the QuickBooksDBXX Service

  • Start with Pressing Windows + R key simultaneously.
  • Once the Run window prompt, type Services.msc in the text field, then hit Enter.
  • Wait Until the services.msc window will appear, scroll down till you don't locate QuickBooksDB28, QuickBooksDB29, QuickBooksDB30, i.e., QuickBooksDB30 is for QuickBooks Desktop 2020.
  • Right-click on the appropriate Service Like if you have QBD 2018, you must find QuickBooksDB28, then after, Click on Restart.
  • Wait until the database server does not restart and check again error is resolved or continue.
