Today parents feel many challenges of generation gap. The is an important issue that can be resolved smoothly if both generations try to understand each other views and opinions. Parents should encourage their children to learn worldwide skills with a friendly attitude. By discussing different topics with children, we can help them in maintaining best status of conscious, ethical and compassionate in society.

Over the past few years, we have found big disruptions in daily life as a result of the global social change. The people face many difficulties in social, economic, political and family life due to political unrest, economic problems, educational issues, and pandemic challenges. Between moments of hope and joy, children in our lives have experienced despair, sadness, grief and loss friendly relations. Most of the people are busy in their routines and they often feel hesitancy to talk about challenging topics with their children. There are many reasons why we don't want to talk about sad or challenging topics, including:

• It seems that we are not emotionally ready to think about another challenge in the world.

• Don't want to add another problem to your children's stressful lives.

• Our own uncomfortable feelings about a subject, including sadness, sadness, guilt, shame, or shame.

• Anxiety about the emotional and physical fatigue that comes from 'caring too much'.

The topics we avoid discussing define many things for the child. In fact, it's better to talk. Every conversation we have with a child is an opportunity to strengthen relationships, increase their strength and promote a more compassionate society. Children are sensitive to the feelings of others and express a desire to help when someone needs them.

Develop understanding in children.

As a society, we are struck by news that can make us feel too stressful and frightening. Headlines often limit what we understand to a negative or sensational point of view. Taking the time to move beyond headlines and learn more can increase our knowledge and understanding of a topic so that we can feel comfortable talking to children in a way that is appropriate for development as well as removing misconceptions.

Honest answers to questions

Interacting with gentle and trusted adults helps children get a sense of the world around them. Children are curious about what they see and hear and questions arise in their minds. If children find it easier to ask questions to trusted people in their lives, they are more likely to go back to those people for conversation.

Manage emotions

Talking about sad or scary topics can evoke many different emotions for you and your child. Tell them that all feelings are fine. Help your child express their feelings in healthy ways, such as talking about them; sharing feelings through stories, artwork, and play; walking, etc.

Ways to make a difference

Sometimes what feels most sad or scary is things beyond our control. Share with your children examples of what people do to help each other and discover what you can do to make a difference in your community or the world.

Pay attention to humanity.

Children can be told happy stories that create understanding and empathy while sleeping. It is not necessary that every conversation about a difficult topic is about the stressful, damaging, or painful parts of a story. Learn together about each country's rich history , spoken languages, celebrated cultural traditions, food, folklore, music and more.

Your children will have friends and classmates, and in the future they will be exposed to people of diverse identities and backgrounds. A conversation focused on humanity, including celebrating commonalities between us and respecting our differences, allows children to see each other as part of the global community.
