The history of magic is filled with some really interesting and fascinating stories as well as legends. When was magic first discovered? When did people start practicing it? Who are the most famous magicians in all of history? How can you become a magician? These questions can be answered by reading this blog post about the unbelievable history of magic!

When was magic first discovered?

There is no one answer to this question as it is still a matter of debate among historians. Some say that magic was first discovered in ancient Babylon while others claim that it originated in Egypt. It has been written that the magician Dedi was one of the first magicians to perform tricks in a magic act in ancient Egypt 2,700 BC.

When did people start practicing Magic?

It is widely believed that magic was first used by the Chinese and then passed on to neighboring countries, such as Turkey. When Mesopotamia conquered Syria in 1175 BC, they brought with them the knowledge of alchemy which described how to turn common metals into gold or silver. This sparked a desire for others to discover this process themselves!

Who are the most famous magicians in all of history?

There have been many throughout time, but some more notable ones include Roman Emperor Nero who killed his mother after she accused him of killing his wife Poppaea Sabina. Merlin from King Arthur's Court had magical powers and he revolutionized what we know about modern day magic tricks today! Some other well-known grades include Harry Houdini, David Devant, Harry Blackstone Senior, Harry Blackstone Junior, Doug Henning, Siegfried and Roy and Shin Lim.

Harry Houdini was one of the most famous Magicians of all!

Harry Houdini was an American magician born as Erik Weisz on March 24th, 1874, in Budapest, Hungary. When he died from peritonitis after his appendix ruptured on October 31st, 1926, he left a legacy that is still talked about today! Some of his most famous magic tricks include the water torture cell escape, Metamorphosis and being buried alive. He was known for his death-defying stunts and amazing escapes – many of which were captured on film! It is said that Houdini's wife also helped him with some of his illusions and she even coined the phrase "Houdini" to describe someone who could escape any situation or bind.

Famous modern magicians include David Blaine, Penn and Teller, Michael Carbanaro and David Copperfield.

Many of the tricks listed above would be great magic tricks for beginners to start with but card tricks, rope tricks and sleight-of-hand are probably the easiest to start with. Many beginners have luck with visiting magic shops and buying premade tricks that have directions with them.

When learning a new trick, it can be helpful to read through instructions first and then try practicing at home on your own time! When you are ready, perform these tricks during family gatherings or parties where there is less pressure. Keep in mind that practice makes perfect so don't give up if you keep failing at first – this is common among anyone who practices magic!

Save the tougher magic acts like becoming a mind magician, where you would need to sharpen your skills to be a professional mind reader or mentalist, for when you are a little more seasoned. But if you want to get into mentalism, you could start practicing and studying right away.
