In a distant past, not in an alternate reality or parallel universe,, there was a good town where people used to care for each other and gather for snacks, barbecue and supper. The kids used to play in peace and harmony without hatred, gossip or conflict.

Things were simpler, existence was safer, and the old man was kind, generous and wholesome; he built everything for everyone, brick by brick, stone by stone, so the family could gather and enjoy their time by the pool.

The crops are always watered and planted by the old man with love and care. After the crops are mature and fully grown, they produce fruit and vegetables, similar to being in paradise. Berries, olives, watermelons, strawberries, cherries, figs and more.

But good things don’t seem to exist or last for ever; even in the most sacred places, darkness takes over pretty quickly.

In a spring of chaos and destruction, darkness took control over a nation that was always a source of generosity, kindness and love. The farms burnt, people were displaced, humiliated, tortured and killed brutally without mercy and compassion, buildings collapsed from the bottom to the top, and all creatures vanished from existence.

The dreams of a nation don’t seem to exist anymore; depression and crushed mentalities seem to exist more now, but we always believe that there is hope waiting for us to grasp it, even at the end of the tunnel. One light changes every possibility.

The world is worth fighting for, 世界は戦う価値がある(Sekai wa tatakau kachi ga aru) , we should fight for a cause, for a reason to live peacefully, without wars, conflict and pain.

In a painful dark day, the inevitable death happened to the old man’s wife, a caring wife, mother and grandmother. A strong woman that fears nothing, a woman that has honour, pride, a kind heart and generous treats.

This was shocking news for everyone, not only the old man; it was brutally painful to take such news with sadness, and grief shall take its place in our hearts and minds.

Everyone will endure death, which is inevitable for everyone in this life. This life teaches us endurance and patience. Believers only know that this life will end with everyone facing death peacefully or painfully.

In the town the old man grew in, life was harsh and hard and taught their generation patience, strength and resilience. It’s very known for these men and women that grew in that environment to be great individuals, people that change lives and care for everyone that surrounds them.

Even after losing everything, the old man is still fighting and rebuilding everything from scratch, brick by brick, crop by crop, and hope is still on the edge of sight, but this time he ought to do so without a loving and caring partner that accompanies him and supports their cause. Needless to say, he still has his children and grandchildren to do anything in their power to support him and give him the aid and compassion to get back on his feet once again.

Back then in the old lovely town, every day was considered an engaging adventure. Soccer in the mountains — imagine playing on a grass field in comparison with playing on dust, rocks and mountain thistle. The kids back then didn’t care if they fell on the mountain thistle or fell on any rocks or dust; they just enjoyed the experience anyway.

The kids used to play hide and seek, climb the mountains and swim in the freezing environment and pools without worrying about cold feet or getting sick or tired; they used to ignite fireworks, annoy neighbours and make pranks and magic tricks with their family and friends, and eat berries and delicious fruits and candies without even worrying about anything or anyone.

These memories will always live in their hearts and minds.

Years crossed by, people changed, environments changed, and people were devastated by the spring and civil war that happened and tore the country and towns apart, but with hope we believe and stand. In a day that was revolutionary, the suffering citizens rebelled against an evil regime, a power that was taking the country and people by force and merciless hearts. They started singing songs and fighting armless, but the devil awakened and started bombing and destroying everything they saw in front of their sight. They started killing children and elders; they started to rage and bark against the free folks, the people who had enough and wanted to be set free and rebel against a monarch. In a day that will be remembered for years and decades, the monarch has fallen, the country is free, and everyone is happy and relieved. But is the future on their side? Is the new supreme going to keep their promises and keep their oaths, or will it just be another monarch that keeps butchering everyone in their sights to hold power and control?

No one knows what the upcoming days hold for us except the creator of this universe; all we have to do now is pray, hold our forces and wish for the best for a nation that is simple and peaceful.
