What do you think about e-commerce in 2021?

E-commerce is already booming. The trend of shoppable posts was seen in 2020. It will continue to grow in 2021. Customers are now used to quick and easy ways to shop. As the amount of time spent on social media continues to rise, it becomes crucial for brands to customize their ad posts and make them interactive and buyer-friendly. This is what will make e-commerce boom in 2021.

Another interesting thing that e-commerce sites are doing is that they are giving away things for free. Free offers can help build brand trust in customers, thereby making it profitable for businesses in the long run. Consumers are ready to exchange their contact information in return for something valuable. This is one of the best things for e-commerce sites to boost their sales.

What do you feel about Video marketing in 2021?

Video is the best form of content to capture the attention of your target audience. It was true in 2020 and it is still very true for all kinds of businesses. If you are a marketer, you have to have a video campaign for promoting brands and businesses. You can use YouTube and every other video channel to make your brand reach out. Short-form video content is the best way to market your product to the masses. Videos on Instagram get the most views and engagement. Make sure to use Instagram reels and IGTV on a regular basis. Other than that, you can go for Twitter Fleets to reach out to your followers on Twitter.

What are your thoughts on Voice search?

Voice search is still underrated. Yet, it is getting the attention of a lot of marketers. Data has shown that there has been a huge surge in the use of the voice search feature in all kinds of devices that support this feature. This is an indication that voice search will continue to grow this year.

What’s your opinion on AI Chat boxes?

If you are an e-commerce marketer, you already understand the importance of chat boxes. Consumers value interaction with human sales representatives. However, the new chat boxes are designed to answer specific questions from consumers giving them the illusion of human interaction. This trend will grow this year as it saves a lot of time while cutting down costs.
