If my Spotify hymn playlist were a physical hymnal, it would be worn to pieces by now. Though I grew up in a good Christian household, I was never exposed to all that many hymns aside from a treasured few. There was "Amazing Grace," of course, then "Be Thou My Vision" which I sang with a band in high school. I was vaguely familiar with more popular staples like "Come Thou Fount" and "Tis So Sweet" and could sing along with the tunes, if not the words.

29 April 2026 7:32 am I had intense and strange dreams. I dreamt I found (or was given) a gunmetal blue coin or medallion. It had a strange shape. Square sides but rounded at the top and bottom. About 2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. It had some sort of inscription on it but I can’t remember the design. There was a lot more going on in the dream, conversations with people, but it can’t remember all the dream now. Just the coin.

27 April 2026 9:27 am rough night. Lay in bed for four hours, insomnia. Brain on fire. Anxiety. I took a Valium around 1am to try to settle my nervous system. Some time around 3 am I passed out to the Astral so I actually had about 6 hours solid sleep. Phew! Then I panicked when I woke up as I have an appointment for the private dentist at 11:30 am. I have plenty of time to get up, gather my forces and get there.
