If you Want a HAPPY LIFE, there are 6 things you should never do.
Many times, I considered what it would take for me to be content. It’s so easy to be happy that you can’t believe it at first.. Many times, I tried so hard to be happy that I couldn’t be, and it was frustrating. And it wasn’t until much later that I came to the realization that in order to be truly content, you must sometimes make sacrifices. I wish I could make you happier than you already are, but I can’t.

How to win the fight with TIME
Every day we have 24 hours to achieve everything we set out to do. But most of the time we lose the fight against the clock for various reasons that upset the entire established program of activities, and implicitly the plan to achieve the proposed objectives. Today we say that we do not have time, tomorrow this excuse will be replaced by another and the cycle can be repeated indefinitely until the consequences of failure to complete the tasks on time, will be directed at us.

If Russia Were to Use a Nuclear Weapon Against Ukraine, France Would Not Retaliate as a Member of NATO ?
It is important to keep in mind that NATO will not hold off to see if the nuclear bomb works or not because the policy dictates that a retaliatory strike will be launched soon after a launch.

Snapping the Fuckstick
If you’re recovering from a head injury, suffering a tweaked ankle usually doesn’t register as a major issue. It’s about as far from the head as you can get—literally, and figuratively. It doesn’t hurt all that much, certainly not compared to the agony of traumatic brain injuries. Most of the time, all it does is make you limp a little, and feel a bit sheepish.

European leaders’ ideals are More Aspirational than Realistic When Come to Finding Solutions to the Energy Crisis
The highest-ranking officials in the EU have been toiling away around the clock in an effort to devise a long-term solution to the worsening energy crisis. Sad Eyes
I haven’t written a journal entry for Vocal in a while now. I don’t know why. It’s kind of hard to explain the way I feel these days, all that I know is that I’m dead inside. It feels as if the whole world is rooting against me from time to time. I feel sad all the time. I feel my depression. I feel so angry and mad at the world most days. I wonder if those feelings of mine will ever go away.

I Started A Podcast
I am super excited to announce, that I have a podcast! My podcast name is On Air With Danielle Gray I have wanted to make a podcast since the podcast, actually longer than that. Well I continue to write my memoir, I wanted to share my story with an audience. As an aspiring public speaker, I also has a difficult time finding speaking gigs. So I figured since I wasn’t getting opportunities, I would make them for myself. I am also looking forward to expanding my podcast on YouTube as well. I want to be able to reach as many people as possible. Since I was in my 20s, I have dreamed about being a public speaker and author. I use to have such realistic dreams of myself on a stage, speaking with an audience of people, giving them an uplifting positive speech about my life experiences. Showing up for people who, are probably just like me. Who feel invisible, not worthy and not enough or many even too much.

Did You Read My Story?
Introduction These are just some observations on how we see people who support us. When I started on Vocal there was no way to know who had read your stories or what they thought of your writing. I was getting very few reads on my Vocal stories until I found the Vocal Groups on Facebook and that is when things actually kicked off, in a good way.
