For All of Those Having a Hard Time Right Now, Read This
When we are caught up in an emotion, it’s difficult to imagine ourselves feeling any other way, isn’t it? When we’re happy with our partner and we feel that ecstatic love, we can’t imagine ever not feeling that way. We think it will last forever. The same goes for negative emotions too. Those times when we are heartbroken and sad and struggling to get out of bed. The struggle is harder because we almost can’t see a way out of that feeling.

Jason ProvencioPublished 2 years ago in JournalAfter ten years of work, what career truth have you learned
Working overtime hard has nothing to do with improving yourself. Working hard for the company has nothing to do with improving yourself. Having a good time with colleagues has nothing to do with improving yourself. You can only improve yourself by learning more, reading more and thinking more.

Cosmin ChildPublished 2 years ago in JournalIf you Want a HAPPY LIFE, there are 6 things you should never do.
Many times, I considered what it would take for me to be content. It’s so easy to be happy that you can’t believe it at first.. Many times, I tried so hard to be happy that I couldn’t be, and it was frustrating. And it wasn’t until much later that I came to the realization that in order to be truly content, you must sometimes make sacrifices. I wish I could make you happier than you already are, but I can’t.
Cosmin ChildPublished 2 years ago in JournalHow to win the fight with TIME
Every day we have 24 hours to achieve everything we set out to do. But most of the time we lose the fight against the clock for various reasons that upset the entire established program of activities, and implicitly the plan to achieve the proposed objectives. Today we say that we do not have time, tomorrow this excuse will be replaced by another and the cycle can be repeated indefinitely until the consequences of failure to complete the tasks on time, will be directed at us.

It is important to keep in mind that NATO will not hold off to see if the nuclear bomb works or not because the policy dictates that a retaliatory strike will be launched soon after a launch.

EstalontechPublished 2 years ago in JournalLiving with routines but not methodically
Ever since the pandemic started I've been living the same life, like on autopilot. I wake up at 5 AM, work out, shower, then sit down at my desk to write, check my emails, update my blog, or simply read articles and do research. Then I’d head out, run some errands, come home, shower, cook, watch TV, nap, wake up and spend the afternoon reading or worrying about things beyond my control. (Of course, I must mention that spending time talking to my best friends is an amazing way to spend pieces of my days and I’m always looking forward to it.) The thing is, this cycle of activities has been on repeat and I didn't notice. Too distracted on automatic to notice.
Massiel AlbertoPublished 2 years ago in JournalI Started A Podcast
I am super excited to announce, that I have a podcast! My podcast name is On Air With Danielle Gray I have wanted to make a podcast since the podcast, actually longer than that. Well I continue to write my memoir, I wanted to share my story with an audience. As an aspiring public speaker, I also has a difficult time finding speaking gigs. So I figured since I wasn’t getting opportunities, I would make them for myself. I am also looking forward to expanding my podcast on YouTube as well. I want to be able to reach as many people as possible. Since I was in my 20s, I have dreamed about being a public speaker and author. I use to have such realistic dreams of myself on a stage, speaking with an audience of people, giving them an uplifting positive speech about my life experiences. Showing up for people who, are probably just like me. Who feel invisible, not worthy and not enough or many even too much.
