Bringing more than two decades of international telecommunications experience, including 17 years at Vodafone, where he rose to Global Head of Broadband and Digital Security, Bobu assumes responsibility for driving sustainable growth, strengthening the enterprise product portfolio, and guiding customers through the next wave of digital transformation.

Bobu’s career has spanned markets across Europe and beyond, with senior leadership roles in Romania, London, and most recently in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. During his long tenure at Vodafone, he held several pivotal positions: leading the Global Unified Communications portfolio, with expertise that will directly support Sure’s expanding focus on cloud voice and Microsoft Teams connectivity before stepping up to oversee global broadband strategy and digital security. His background combines deep technical understanding with proven commercial leadership, making him uniquely positioned to bridge infrastructure investment and customer‑ready solutions.
