We use only the finest produce, and our nage bun nage is organic and sustainable. We use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients and we source from sustainable, local chefs. Our kitchen and our dining room are eco-friendly and we rely on organic, local production wherever possible.

We serve the finest sake and shochu from local craftsmen in our historic and exclusive Akasaka restaurant. We also serve delicious sake and shochu. Our Shochu is a blend of Japanese te-yu and rice with a slight hint of sugar. Our sake is made in a traditional way and our shochu is a unique, Japanese-inspired version of beer, shochu and sake. We believe in supporting local farmers and providing quality produce from Japanese producers. The farm where the ingredients are sourced is located near Tokyo. The organic produce is organic, biodynamic, and local.

We serve both kono otoro and oshidansake (Japanese pub grub) in the kitchen with tasty toppings such as chicken breast with sesame seeds, nori salad topped to the brim with yuzu and soy sauce, or tuna tartare tossed on top of nagaji rice for an added taste sensation.

We serve only fresh sushi, so you have the choice to order a daily sushi roll or an entire meal. To further enhance your dining experience we also offer a private room for your business and a small event space for your gatherings and meetings.
