The pre-marriage celebrations for Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, the daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, have commenced with 'anna seva'.
The villagers were served traditional Gujarati food by Mukesh Ambani, Anant Ambani, and other Ambani family members, including Radhika Merchant, at Jogwad village, which is close to Reliance Township in Jamnagar. Viren and Shaila Merchant, Radhika's parents and maternal grandmother, also participated in the "anna seva."
