My 1st Bizz plan...

For my apparel brand.

Peaceful tidings and celestial blitheness. This note is a brief expansion of a condensed plan of the business variety.

Originally drawn up in December; on the extremely exceptional Evernote app. Without further ado; tho much appreciation to you, the reader:

Overview-

Vision- Mass appeal; incredible impact; and unrivaled success, as far as apparel brands go.

Mission- Completely end Veteran suicide, Veteran homelessness, and Veterans divorcing.

Company or product description- We mainly focus on wares that are military adjacent, somewhat comical, and/or Unity promoting. Many products are extremely simple.

Tho, with titles/descriptions on the site that are unmistakably unique. Finally, and obviously, there's the brand's namesake: Pictures of war on quality t-shirts.

Market Analysis-

Target market- Current, and so-called former, U.S. military personnel. As well as our supporters.

Target's problem- The Veteran suicide epidemic.

Solution we offer- NLT (No Less Than) 4-20% of all revenues goes to nonprofits dedicated to the campaigns/causes.

Competitors- "Grunt Style", the uber successful brand; and "9 Line Apparel", their baby sis.

Competitive advantages- I'm privy to the only nonprofit completely dedicated to educating Vets on every aspect of mental health. They work tirelessly to get us hip to the objectively wisest ways to reintegrate ourselves into society.

Situational Analysis (SWOT)

Internal factors-

Strengths— Unique products that carry a strong indication of our core values.

Weaknesses— Strictly online; for the time being.

External factors-

Opportunities— Potential to easily become a household name in breakneck speed.

Threats— Current trends in supply chain issues; a worsening global economy; and increasing discontent with Uncle Sam's armed forces.

Marketing Plan-

Marketing channels- UpPromote; which is an affiliate marketing company. No Agenda; aka "the best podcast in the universe."

Word of mouth; the oldest, most tried and true method of advertising quality products/services. Lastly, Google Ads; the channel that's largely ubiquitous to modern day Bizz owners.

Marketing materials- Associates; native ads; personal gifts; and Google's homepages. In that exact order (obviously).

Pricing strategy- Roughly $520 in expenses. Simple and plain.

Financial Summary-

Fixed costs- $150/mo; and $54/yr for technical infrastructure and personal branding.

Variable costs- $0-333; contingent on orders needing fulfillment.

Revenue streams- Direct sales; publishing earnings; and gratuities.

Investor funding- Roughly $720 from Fam.

Success Metrics-

1.) $486 in sales and gratuities prior to paid advertising.

2.) $720 invested from three individuals.

3.) More than two consecutive years of being in Bizz during a debacle of an economy.

Milestone Timeline-

Phase #1- Ramping up. Or, the Initiation phase.

Milestone #1— Launching of the Bizz on 20DEC2020. Or, December 20th, 2020; aka International Human Solidarity Day.

Milestone #2— Very first sale to a patron took place on 25DEC2020. Or, December 25th, 2020; aka Christmas Day.

Phase #2- Rolling outside "the wire". Or the Seeking Resources phase.

Milestone #3— Initial outside investment of more than $100; arriving on 5MAY2021. Or, May 5th, 2021; aka Cinco de Mayo.

Milestone #4— Registered with my home state of Maryland on 6DEC2021. Or December 6th, 2021; aka Saint Nicholas Day.

Phase #3- Engage the "enemy". Or the Take the Fight to the Competition phase.

Milestone #5— Initial charitable commitment; on 27JUL2021. Or July 27th, 2021; aka National Korean War Veterans Armistice Day.

Milestone #6— Initial charitable commitment to a fellow U.S. Army Grunt; on 25DEC2021. Or, December 25th, 2021; which happens to be my fav Auntie's Born Day.

Business Plan Review Log-

Date reviewed- 1JAN2023; SUN, 1027. Or, 10:27 AM (EST), Sunday; January 1st, 2023.

Progress towards milestones- Mission accomplished. Or, we completed all objectives milestones.

Financial projections- Profits upon profits; with a side of positive abundance.

Actual financials- Losses to the point of hemorrhaging a smidge.

Changes made to plan- Plan created.

Next Review Date- 1FEB2023; WED. Or Wednesday; February 1st, 2023.

A bonus milestone that I really needed to mention: One of my three major investors was a fellow U.S. Army Grunt that I've known for years. We've never met in person; tho couldn't hardly be more Brotherly.

The other Grunt who I decided to commit to helping directly happened to be stationed at the same base as myself. I discovered his story while he's suffering from grave injustice.

Just wanted to make sure to mention those two impactful points. Welp, that's it; post over.
