Things are changing fast and rapidly first it was like a college degree was just enough to land you in a job that pays some handsome amount and on which you can rely but now to get 6 figure paying jobs you need to work harder rather I would say smarter.

In my case when I got graduated there was a lot of competition out there around 30 to 40 thousand freshly graduates to find a good-paying job it was really difficult for me.

I have applied around 400 plus job applications after getting graduate within 1 year. But at most places, I was not getting shortlisted for even interviews.

Then I went for a walk-in interview round there I met an hr he advised me not to rely on college education at least learn new skills and then come for the Interview.

So that was the day when I came to know about these demanding skills which can you if you are yet to graduate or working.

Below are these 3 skills that can help you find your dream 6 figure jobs.

So before talking about these 3 skills let me make it clear there is no specific educational background required for it. Eager to learn and able to read and understand is what it requires.

Writing

Yeah, you have read it write as a writer you can earn 6 figure salary but it won't happen In a single day first you would need to find a niche or a topic about what you can write.

No one would give you a job directly because they have some people working for them for the same kind of stuff.

So you need to work smart and build your online presence on Quora, Medium, Vocal media, and google.

I would share an example I used to write on these platforms and I was not aware of this all stuff and I used to post my email so readers who are reading my article would share feedback about my article and writing stuff.

But the magic was yet to happen I received an email from a publication that they need an editor who could write articles in the same niche and the salary range was mentioned which I can't share but it was a little close to the 6 figure.

So that was the time when my work was acting as a resume for me and people looking for similar people were contacting me without any interview.

If you are writing on medium and vocal or quora that you might have heard about their partner program where you can monetize your work and get paid and that pays handsomely a decent amount.

Many writers are working as full-time writers on Quora, medium, and vocal to make their living.

If not you want more than use google build websites and earn from Google Adsense and affiliate marketing will act as icing on the cake.

Video editing or video editor

Video editor is considered to be the sexiest job in the industry and they get paid handsomely. But to find a job as a video editor first you need to learn these skills and build brand value for yourself or your online presence.

So now the question may arise it is not like writing and how would you learn editing without going to any college for a video editing course?

One of my school friend is working as a video editor he learned this skill on his own.

By just learning the stuff using online sources such as youtube it is a free source of education if rightly used.

First, start with basic editing tutorial edit some basic videos of your own with some music. Then learn more about the effect and the available software.

Initially go with the mobile editing software edit on your mobile and make yourself familiar with the software interface.

The videos that you are creating upload on social media rather than showing anyone from friends or family social media would help you get positive feedback.

I would frankly speak over here marketing is shifting from big names and actors to social media influencers and if you are lucky to grow your presence then the brand would contact you directly to promote their stuff related to your niche such as video editing stuffs camera and courses.

Coding or programming

Now you might think over here after seeing it that this is not my kind of stuff it would require a degree or education or similar certification.

But let me make it clear to you that coding is a skill that can be self-thought without going to college. It is like learning a language and communicating with the computer with the help of keyboards.

So if you have learned English then learning and understanding a computer language is just learning another language.

How do I get started as a beginner this question may arise if you have thought you are going learn this skill?

Just simply starts from basic learn one programming language then start creating some basic software or programs and also side by side start learning data structure too.

As we are getting more into web 3.0 that is cryptocurrency then programmers' jobs are open which would pay more than 6 figures but if you are getting into it.

If not there are more opportunities such as game development, full-stack developer, software engineer, etc.

So the thing is first to learn and then decide where to go and what to do.
