Meredith Marks has been a central figure on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City since its 2020 premiere, but her most enduring legacy may be the three children she shares with husband Seth Marks. Married in 1996, the couple welcomed son Reid in January 1997, son Brooks in July 1999, and daughter Chloe in July 2001. Their journey hasn’t been without turbulence. Meredith and Seth briefly separated and filed for divorce in 2019 after being “on and off for years,” though they reconciled during RHOSLC season 1 and kept the split hidden from their kids until filming began. “All we wanted was to protect our kids,” Meredith explained on The Viall Files podcast in December 2024. Despite early hesitation about fame’s toll, the family has grown resilient. “My whole family has grown to have thicker skin, and we’ve just grown a lot closer,” she said. Here’s everything to know about the next generation of Marks.

Reid Marks (29): The Private Entrepreneur

Born January 20, 1997, in Chicago, Reid’s early childhood prompted a pivotal shift in Meredith’s life. After being violently mugged while walking home from dropping him at elementary school, she left her real estate and Pilates careers to prioritize motherhood. “I had three young children, and I was like, ‘What am I doing? I’m so checked out of my family,’” she told Page Six in 2021. The family later moved to Utah when Seth took an executive role at Overstock.com.

Reid graduated from Park City High School before earning an economics and finance degree from the University of Michigan. He worked in investment banking and real estate before co-founding Havenly Ventures, a firm specializing in student housing acquisition and management. Due to his demanding New York-based career, Reid remains largely off-camera. As Meredith noted in 2020, “You probably will not see much of him at all.” His focus on business over Bravo reflects a deliberate choice to maintain privacy amid his family’s public profile.

Brooks Marks (27): Fashion Mogul and Reality Star

Born July 28, 1999, Brooks embraced the spotlight early. During RHOSLC season 1, he took a college semester off to support Meredith through her separation and launch his eponymous clothing line. “I came home to support my mom... and work on developing my brand further,” he told Page Six in 2020. Inspired by Meredith’s advice to “keep it authentic,” he built a fashion career alongside modeling, signing with Ford Models in 2023 and appearing in Teen Vogue in 2025.

After graduating NYU in 2022, Brooks transitioned into television as a lead on Bravo’s Next Gen NYC, which premiered June 3, 2025. The series follows twenty-something children of Bravo stars including Ariana Biermann, Gia Giudice, and Riley Burruss navigating adulthood. For Meredith, watching his evolution has been deeply rewarding. “Watching you model since you were 7 has been such a gift,” she wrote on Instagram celebrating his Teen Vogue feature. Brooks’ dual success in fashion and reality TV exemplifies how the Marks siblings have leveraged fame while building independent identities.

Chloe Marks (25): From Hesitant Observer to Business Leader

Born July 14, 2001, Chloe initially resisted RHOSLC, fearing reality TV might limit future opportunities. “There are a lot of industries that don’t necessarily want to hire somebody who’s on reality TV,” she told brother Brooks in a 2022 interview. After graduating University of Colorado Boulder with a business degree in 2023, she moved to New York for a Fendi internship before joining her mother’s jewelry company as director of business development.

Now more comfortable on-screen, Chloe appears alongside Brooks in Next Gen NYC, marking her full embrace of the family’s public life. Meredith celebrated her graduation with emotional pride: “I cannot believe how quickly you have grown up!! I am so proud of you.” Chloe’s trajectory from cautious observer to key player in both fashion and family business mirrors the Marks family’s broader journey toward balancing authenticity with visibility.

Navigating Fame, Family, and Resilience

The Marks children’s stories reflect universal themes of identity formation under unique pressures. Reid’s choice of privacy, Brooks’ creative entrepreneurship, and Chloe’s professional integration into the family brand showcase diverse responses to growing up in the Bravo universe. Meredith’s acknowledgment of online trolling’s impact underscores the cost of this exposure, yet her emphasis on familial closeness highlights their adaptive strength.

As Next Gen NYC introduces Brooks and Chloe to new audiences, the Marks siblings represent a bridge between legacy reality TV and the next generation’s multifaceted ambitions. Their individual successes whether behind closed doors or in the spotlight, affirm that beneath the drama lies a family that has learned to thrive together, one milestone at a time.
