1. "No." is a complete sentence. It does not require explanations or reasons. Don't be afraid to say no.

2. Never give accurate answers to security questions. Use a password manager and record which questions go with which fake answers. Normally, never share your real information unless it is required.

3. Don't put your smartphone nearby you while working or studying, whatever you do. Keep it 6-10 steps away to not get distracted. I know you are lazy as me.

4. Set the shortest deadline.

5. Focus to tune into yourself and your needs. "Nobody cares about you actually!"

6. Perfect is a myth. Make a choice.

7. Set a time delay (1 or 2 minutes) on outgoing emails. If you want to cancel sending an email, you can do it.

8. "Don’t waste your energy and time trying to educate" – Unknown

Instead, Why don't you find someone who has the same thoughts as yours?

9. Turn off notifications when doing deep work. Go into airplane mode to avoid distractions and interruptions.

10. While going out of your home, Always Remember WALK – an acronym that helps you remember Don't forget your W.A.L.K.:

  • W – Wallet
  • A – Android or Apple (phone)
  • L – Lunch
  • K – Keys

Don't leave home without it!!

11. Use positive words more than you want to, and use them often.

12. Fortune favors the bold.

13. While standing there waiting for bath and/or shower water to heat up, fill up a bucket or watering can. Then, place it right in your path, so you must trip over it when getting out. Now, water all your houseplants, and they'll never die again. Plus you're saving lots of water.

14. USE technology DO NOT let technology USE you!

15. Remember to forget certain things.

16. Don't fret. Act.

17. Get a bath or shower in the morning only. It will give you positive energy to start your work with freshness!

18. Do not multitask—our brain is single-threaded.

19. Get some movement in before starting work. Go for a walk, a short bike ride, something outside.

20. If you want to change, start with the type of content you consume.

21. Stop obsessing over productivity tips and actually start working on that backlog of yours.

22. When you register for anything online, enter the website's name as your "middle name." When the spam arrives, you will know which website sold your data.

23. Get enough sleep, which can boost your productivity throughout the day.

24. Slow-Mo your life. What that means is that whatever activity you are doing, slows down your movement. You'll notice an immediate calming effect; your brain starts to process things better, and you begin to appreciate the little details in your environment that you never noticed before!

25. Don't oversleep, wake up at a standard time each workday, and start work at a standard time each day.

26. Set up a separate profile on your computer to just do work (or study) things. Don't log in to social media or time-wasting sites on that profile, but continue to use them in your normal profile. It will be slightly harder to waste time, and you'll be more productive.

27. Stop watching the news daily, sometimes it's fine.

28. Remove Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from your phone. You can also put some restrictions to use it for half an hour max...

29. Chain your habits together one after the other, so that one habit is sort of triggering the next for a productive day!

30. It doesn't have to be perfect, it does need to be started.

32. End the toxic relationships. Being alone is okay.

33. Consistency is more important than intensity.

34. Drink more water.

35. Everything is negotiable. Learn to ask for it nicely.

36. The second you’re at your desk knock out the task that you dread the most. Do this every single day.

37. Purpose of life is to enjoy the journey not just the destination.

38. Turn off all notifications except from the truly important people in your life.

39. Remember to be proud of yourself for a moment each time you complete task. Appraise your self!

40. Spend 15 minutes a day planning how to use your time; unless you're too busy, then spend an hour.

41. Stop taking your phone to the bedroom.

42. Do not add your office mail, or chat applications - You are getting paid for 8 hours of job daily. It might bring up more tension.

43. You are working for money, so don't be that much loyal to your organization. Keep in mind that you are hired to do the work, no slavery.

44. Don't be afraid after making mistakes, you are a Human not a Robot.

45. Start reading your emails from the most recent one. If you read older emails first maybe some issues are actually resolved so it’s a waste of time reading them.

46. Need to test a printer? Print the Google homepage. Google home page contains all the colors, it uses no ink at all...

47. Is the Roommate's phone alarm not going off? Call their phone. It will turn it off.

48. Make your desktop wallpaper something you want to learn/study instead of a picture. (For example: helpful content, number tables, periodic table)

49. The best way to get the right answer on the internet is not to ask a question, it's to post the wrong answer.

50. If you're coughing uncontrollably, raise your hands above your head and it will stop!

These tips are very useful in our everyday life, you should work harder too sometimes, but you can make it smarter with fun!
