I got overwhelmed, lost focus, and lost the audience. I was a flop.”

Getting Focus

He knew there had to be a better way. That’s when a real estate coach came to Grand Rapids, MI, his hometown, offering a course on prospecting. Matt signed up and became the star pupil.

The lead generation tactics he borrowed, then enhanced and refined, enabled him to close over $2,000,000 in the first year, then more than $3,000,000 his second.

Once Matt focused on achieving his goals – making people laugh on stage or getting prime real estate leads – his fortunes turned. He was named “Funniest Person in Grand Rapids in 2010,” and became the real estate success he strived to be.
