From Bachelor Nation to Forever Love: Juliana Pasquarosa and Michael Fiore's Journey to 'I Do'
After a widely publicized reality TV engagement ended, Juliana Pasquarosa found her true love, and now she's planning the wedding of her dreams with a groom who might just be the biggest "bridezilla" of all.

Bachelor alum Juliana Pasquarosa is officially a 2027 bride. PEOPLE exclusively announced The Bachelor season 29 alum's recent engagement to Michael Fiore. The floral-filled and family-centric proposal took place on Cape Cod on Aug. 4, just over a year after Pasquarosa, 30, and Fiore, 36, met. Now, the couple has begun planning their wedding in hopes of tying the knot sometime next year.
"We definitely have a few things we know already!" Pasquarosa teases. "We want to get married in 2027, and having a church ceremony is really important to both of us. But beyond that, we're trying to enjoy being engaged for a minute before making every decision."
A Love Story That Started with a Reality TV Pivot
Sparks flew between Pasquarosa and Fiore when they met in East Hampton in July 2025. But their connection wasn't entirely serendipitous; it was a direct result of her time on The Bachelor. Although her highly publicized TV engagement ended, had it not been for her time on the show, she wouldn't have been invited to the creator trip where she first connected with Fiore.
"First and foremost, I would like to thank Bachelor Nation. If I did not go on the show, I would not have been invited to the event that I met my boyfriend at," she said on TikTok on Feb. 27. "I've been doing a lot of reflecting on the journey I've been on. I prayed that going into filming, love would be a common theme in my life. It's just so wild that I did end up in an engagement that wasn't the love that I was seeking."
When Pasquarosa met Fiore over the summer, she wasn't in the right "headspace" to "really appreciate the potential for a new relationship," having just called off her engagement. Although the two were "flirty" and had a "really good weekend" together, she decided to focus on herself for a bit. But her husband-to-be was "very, very persistent."
Pasquarosa shared on TikTok that she eventually realized that Fiore fit her list of desired attributes and characteristics in a partner "to a T," so she decided to give them a chance, and they dated long-distance.
A Proposal to Remember
The proposal on Cape Cod was a deeply personal affair, filled with flowers and family. Fiore, who creates and produces immersive experiences for a living as the head of experiential strategy for the Yes Chef Group and founder of experiential agency Copper Petal, poured his creative energy into the moment.
Pasquarosa, who is the head of strategic partnerships at Copper Petal and co-founder of Nice Girls Label, described the proposal as "floral-filled and family-centric." The couple's shared passion for creating meaningful experiences has become a cornerstone of their relationship and now, their wedding planning.
"I remember feeling this incredible sense of calm," Pasquarosa said of the moment. "It wasn't just that we were engaged, it was the overwhelming peace of knowing that the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with wanted the very same thing. Michael and I have always been incredibly intentional about our relationship. We've never rushed milestones or taken them for granted. That moment felt like the most beautiful affirmation of everything we'd built together, and I don't think I'll ever forget how peaceful my heart felt walking back down that trail as his fiancée."
Fiore admitted he felt "a slight sense of sadness that the moment was over," but that his post-proposal blues were replaced with wedding excitement. "It's such an incredible feeling that I'd love to relive every day, but now we move the excitement to planning a wedding and a life together," he said.
A Wedding That Reflects Their Story
Although brides typically take the lead on most wedding decisions, Fiore won't be taking a backseat when it comes to planning their big day. His extensive experience in creating immersive experiences may also turn him into a groomzilla, Pasquarosa teases.
"He will definitely be the bridezilla, which will be fun for me," she jokes to PEOPLE.
The couple hopes to create a deeply meaningful celebration. "More than anything, we want the entire weekend to feel like us," Pasquarosa says. "We want it to be thoughtful and beautiful, but also warm, fun and filled with little details that tell our story and make the people we love feel really special."
She continues, "We're still very early in the process and haven't chosen many of the pieces that will bring it all together yet, which honestly makes it even more exciting. There are so many talented creatives, designers, brands and vendors out there, and we're really looking forward to finding the right people to collaborate with and bring everything we're dreaming up to life."
A Shared Vision for the Future
During an Instagram Q&A following their engagement, Pasquarosa revealed when she knew Fiore was "the one." "I know he's my person because he never makes me feel like I have to go through the highs and lows without him. He also hears me when I tell him I may NEED to go through some things alone," Pasquarosa wrote on her Instagram Stories, according to Bachelor Nation. "He takes time to listen to what I say, reflect in his own time, and come back to me with a response that then is in my court to hear and understand."
She praised his "honesty in communication" and said she was confident they could "work through anything together." "At the end of the day, he'll always be there for me and want the best for me. And vice versa," she continued. "True love is two imperfect people continuously choosing each other, and I think that's so beautiful."
Now that they're also growing his business together, planning their wedding feels like a special opportunity to combine their creative talents. "We already have so much fun bouncing ideas off of each other, so I have a feeling the planning process itself is going to be one of our favorite parts," Pasquarosa says.
A New Chapter for Bachelor Nation
Pasquarosa's journey from reality TV to a real-life engagement is a story of redemption and self-discovery. She credits her time on The Bachelor for leading her to her fiancé, even though the engagement she found on the show wasn't the love she was seeking. "I've been doing a lot of reflecting on the journey I've been on," she said on TikTok. "I read a quote that said, 'I was running away from love when love met me.' I think that's just so cute and beautiful, and that's kind of the way that I'm looking at all of this."
She noted at the time that they didn't want to "waste time" because "you're not supposed to be in a talking stage with somebody for so long." "In our adult life, relationships have to progress at a maybe quicker timeline, just because I want to experience life with somebody," she said. "I want marriage. I want kids. I do want those things, and I'm not gonna settle, and I'm not gonna rush them, but I am going to move intentionally, so that I can get the things that I really want."
Looking Ahead to 2027
As the couple begins their engagement journey, they're taking time to enjoy the moment while also looking forward to their wedding. Their vision for the celebration is clear: a weekend that feels them authentically, filled with thoughtful details and meaningful moments for their loved ones.
Pasquarosa says she feels "giddy" about the future, and her excitement is palpable. "He makes me really giddy," she gushed on TikTok. "I can't remember the last time that I've laughed like this." She added, "He's really cute and handsome and really sweet and kind. I thank the universe, I thank God, I thank my family for showing what real love is, and how you should feel, and I'm so happy."
