Little stories that interest the new, on your own, by yourself the point is the view. A day off where you finally feel you can breathe, you obtain it like an item in Zelda but now what? You check to see if it's peace because you have been so busy moving around. You find stuff to do as if to make yourself seem like you are not wasting your time but is it really okay to just be here, alone.

In your apartment, in your house, wandering around like a kid in a candy store. Ecstatic about the world around him, the options to venture and explore, or just to sit in awe and take it all in. Looking all around with a Nicktoons shirt on, not trying to blend in but present in yourself.

I forget what that feels like. to be happy in your own space without obligations or cadence. Mentally thinking of what to do to pass by the time but all you know that should be done is to be in silence with yourself. Maybe that's what people call meditation. Maybe it's what needs to be done to slow downtime.

Downtime

To be one with earth and to feel kind with your mind. The weather is getting warmer and the day seems longer. You think of staying in or going outside. The grass is greener than the ones inside, maybe climb a tree or find some solace in the mind's eye. A few hours to kill and boredom sinks in, workout, watch a show, or just sleep in.

With the pain of choices to do whatever you want, an overthinker becomes overwhelmed by the thought. Confused or mistaken about how one should be, the power of freedom is what became of me. Freedom of choice with an option to stream, go through socials all day, even take a small trip and breathe.

Food

This is always a goto. Nothing beats time and feeling good than making something quick and easy or visiting your favorite restaurant. Have a seat in or dine out, enjoying the moments that bring you such inner clout. Nobody to answer to or to complain about because you (for a short time) feel peace without disdain. Eat to satisfy and not to fill, because what comes of the feel-good is the pain of full.

Food coma with sluggish after effects tricks you to your core. Pain with pleasure grows into an adulthood chore. Fighting for peace or a lifetime of freedom, when you felt so much of it when you grew up as a child, living and single. Food brings you closer to people and a place, hold the memory close so you don't forget what happened at the bottom of the plate.

Family

There are so many versions of this word it has become a subjective piece. They're so many ways to find peace and virtue within the family that everyone can have a different understanding of and still be correct. Not everyone is going to value and accept the version of family that comes to play but what's important is the opportunity and freedom to live happy with what comes our way.

Family is like a long-term commitment to another to share close memories and hold future experiences within the life that's given. To build for a future generation, or maybe to enjoy life with the ones you find close. Family can be the pets you have with you and the legacy you leave behind for the world to see. Regardless of the type, family is a form of peace that can transcend universes and bloodlines.
