CV means Curriculum Vitae

If you are a fresher and have just been a college pass-out, then you must have a good resume before going to the job market. The first step to take any job is the resume itself. Although everyone makes resumes, not everyone gets the desired job. Actually, one of the biggest reasons for freshers not getting jobs is their not having a resume. When only a few people from the same qualification are selected for the same profile, then what is different in their resume from which their resume is shortlisted. According to a survey, most resumes are put in garbage cans because they do not contain the things that the company is looking for. When freshers are making resumes for the first time, they make some mistakes, if you rectify these mistakes and make resumes again, you will definitely be selected for an interview. Here we are going to tell you some important things related to resumes, if you take care of these things then your resume will become a perfect resume. So let's know what to keep in mind when making fresher's resumes.

1. Personal details - When making a resume, first you have to tell about your regional details. Some people, while telling about personal details, also tell many false things which are not needed. A fresher should provide his full name, address, date of birth, contact number, and email id in his resume, apart from this there should not be any other thing in the regional details. In the personal detail, tell only this many things.

2. Career Objective - A fresher needs to tell about a career objective because he has nothing to tell about the experience. Telling about career objectives, you can write a summary of what you want to achieve in your career. But keep in mind that write about career objectives similar to the profile you are applying for.

4.Additional Courses or Diplomas- If you have done any additional course or diploma course in addition to your studies, also write about it. Apart from this, if you have taken training in any art form, then you can also tell about it here.

5. Experience- Freshers are mostly confused about what can be written in the experience. But if you have taken any training or internship related to that job, then you can write about it in detail. Apart from this, if you have done a part-time job, you can also write about it.

6.Hobbies and Skills - Also write about your hobby and skills. But write only about those skills and hobbies that you really know about. Because maybe during the interview you will be asked about that hobby.
