Various bonds, licenses and insurances are secured. Temporary buildings, storage area, access and delivery and site security is organized at work site. Also the condition of the soil is checked to see whether it is suitable to hold the building.

4. Construction phase:

5. Termination phase:

Finally as the project nears completion the contractor has to undertake special activities like testing the equipments installed, startup tasks, final clean up, various inspection and remedial work, closing the construction office and terminating the staff employment. Also a special paper work is to be done for getting approvals and certificates that may allow contractor to receive the final payment. The client should also be trained for operating and maintaining the newly built structure. A post project review should also be carried out.

6. Occupancy:
