The car is reportedly kept in a secret location somewhere in the Kremlin and has never been used or seen and is reserved especially for emergencies like a Terrorist Attack or Nuclear emergency.

1 - Billion Dollar Palace

It is thought that in total, Vladimir Putin has around 20 palaces and villa's around the Russian empire.
