10. Barrow Green Court

Built in the early-17th century, with mid-18th century alterations and 20th-century extensions, Barrow Green Court Estate is the main home of Mohamed Al Fayed.

The main home is grade 1 listed and is located near Oxford, Surrey, England, and has had several oil deposits located roughly 800 feet below it.

The home includes a tennis court, large swimming pool, an unknown number of bedrooms and bathrooms and is also thought to contain a large kitchen.

Along with a large guest accommodation building, there are green houses and the estate features a considerable amount of land with garden maze's and fields.

9. 1988 Ferrari Testarossa

The Testarossa is a two-door coupé that premiered at the 1984 Paris Auto Show and came with a rear-mounted, five-speed manual transmission.

The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.70 seconds, can complete a standing quarter mile in 12.70 seconds or a standing kilometer in 22.70 seconds.

Thanks to a 4.9-litre Tipo F113 G Ferrari flat-12 engine the Ferrari Testarossa has a top speed of 315 km/h (196 mph).

The inside features Carbon fiber racing bucket seats and the car is thought to have cost Al Fayed $212,160 while he was on a visit to the United States

8. Sakara Yacht

Al Fayed's newer yacht, which is considerably smaller than his previous, is a classic sail boat that is thought to have cost him several million dollars.

The yacht has a cruising speed of 9 knots and an overall top speed of 10 knots with her being built by Lawley in United States.

Her exterior is styled by the J.Beavor Webb team who are also responsible for the entire engineering package.

Sakara features a displacement steel hull and wood superstructure, with teak decks and luxury en-suite rooms.

7. Fulham Football Club

On the 29th of May 1997, with the Club on the brink of obscurity and racked with enormous debt Mohamed Al-Fayed’s tenure as Chairman began with him purchasing the club for £6.25 million dollars.

Immediately following his takeover, Mr Al Fayed promised the fans a return to the top flight of English football within five years; a promise that was achieved in four.

Mr Al-Fayed’s Fulham blazed a trail through the lower divisions and, by 2001, the Whites secured their place among the elite of the (then) Barclays Premiership.

Under his command, Fulham reached the UEFA Europa League Final in 2010 and sealed a magnificent eighth-place Premier League finish in 2011.

Opting to end his tenure after 16 glorious years in July 2013, Al-Fayed had loaned Fulham F.C. £187 million in interest free loans and sold the club to Pakistani American businessman Shahid Khan, who owns the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars.

6. Harrods Department Store

One of the more notable things to have been owned by Mohamed Al Fayed, Harrods Department Store was purchased by him in 1985.

Located on Brompton Road in Knights-bridge, London, the store featured two memorials commissioned by Al-Fayed have been erected inside Harrods to Diana and Dodi, however one was later removed.

The shop's 330 departments offer a wide range of products and services and some products on offer include clothing for women, men, children and infants, electronics, jewelry and sporting gear.

Up to 300,000 customers visit the shop on peak days, comprising the highest proportion of customers from non-English speaking countries of any department store in London.

Harrods was sold to the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) for $1.5 billion pounds in a deal signed in the early hours of 8 May 2010.

5. Sokarr Yacht

The larger of the two yachts owned by Al Fayed, she is named after the Egyptian mythology falcon god Sokar.

It is equipped with two 3,760 horsepower (2,800 kW) engines. The yacht has a beam of 10.4 meters (34 ft) and a draft of 3.9 meters (13 ft).

In August 1997 Mohamed's son Dodi Fayed and Diana, Princess of Wales were extensively photographed on the yacht shortly before their deaths in Paris

The vessel was sold in 2014 to an un-named buyer and was the 89th largest yacht in the world in 2007.

4. Park Lane Flat

Left untouched after the Death of both Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed, this flat, located in Park lane London was originally owned by Dodi before his death.

Inside the 20-year time-machine, a portrait of Diana hangs on the wall and a wall of VHS tapes is still in the same condition it was left in.

The flat, which once again has an unknown number of features inside is frequently visited by Al Fayed and is regularly cleaned by a Maid.

3. Hotel Ritz Paris

Purchased in 1979 by Al Fayed for $20 million, he installed a new managing director and is referred to by some as the best hotel in Europe.

Still owned by Al Fayed, Hotel Ritz Paris is ranked among the most luxurious hotels in the world and is a member of "The Leading Hotels of the World.

It was among the first hotels in Europe to provide a bathroom en suite, a telephone and electricity for each room.

The Imperial Suite is the finest suite of the hotel, and is listed as a National Monument of France in its own right with it also winning an award for Europe's Leading Suite.

The Ritz Health Club contains a swimming pool, the largest in all of the Parisian hotel palaces at 1,700 square meters (18,000 sq ft) and billed by the Ritz as the finest indoor pool in Paris

From 1980 to 1987 the hotel underwent an extensive renovation with this costing an estimated $250 million dollars.

2. House of Fraser

Owning a 30% stake that is reported to have cost him around £184 million pounds, House of Fraser was one of the biggest high street retailers at the time, with the entire family paying £615 million for the chain.

In the 1990s several stores were closed and fifteen stores transferred to a joint venture with British Land Company, which then continued operating under their old name.

2005 was a significant year of growth for House of Fraser with the acquisition of the four Jenner's department stores in April for £46 million.

The company was sold in 2006 to Highland consortium who acquired the Company for £351.4 million in November.

Purchased by Mohamed Al-Fayed in 1972, he began a complete restoration of the house and grounds.

Balnagown Estate features superb luxury lodges, cottages and houses to let, with each being located within one of three beautiful estates in the Northern Scottish Highlands.

Several cottages including Swiss Cottage, Peat Cottage and Gardener's Cottage offer accommodation for those looking to holiday in the Highlands of Scotland.

The estate also features Balnagown Castle which is is located beside the village of Kildary in Easter Ross.

Balnagown is the ancestral home of the Chiefs of Clan Rossand the grounds are included on the Inventory of Gardens and Designed Landscapes in Scotland, the national listing of significant gardens.
