Empower yourself to set your own price!

Picasso was a great artist. A woman went to him and asked him for some help to give me some money. He said how much money is required? He begged for some money as per his requirement. That woman did not know about Picasso that he is a great artist in the world. Picasso said that this is a very small amount, I can give you more than that. He asked for a few thousand. Picasso then said that this amount is too small. The woman thought it sounded crazy. But he also thought that maybe he really had a lot of money, so he asked for millions. Then Picasso said that I can give you not thousands of millions but millions of dollars. The woman asked him in surprise how he could do it and asked him to bring me a pen and paper. That woman came with a pen and a pen. Picasso drew a few lines on this paper and wrote his signature below it and also wrote the price of this painting. Five million dollars. After that he gave the paper to the woman and told the woman not to sell this painting now, to stay for some time to sell it and left. The woman did not believe what Picasso said. She went outside to a shopkeeper and showed him the paper and told the whole story. The man knew Picasso. He told the woman that whatever the man was saying was absolutely correct and that he was entitled to sell the paintings he made at the price he decided. When the woman heard this, she went in search of Picasso. Again sought him and asked him how did you learn this art and you taught me this art too. So Picasso said that I have spent my whole life to make this painting. I had to sacrifice my whole life to reach this point which I have done in a few seconds before you. The price of this painting is the hard work and discipline of my whole life. This is the essence of what I gave you. It is only after a lifetime of hard work and austerity that a person decides the price of his time and work.

Nowadays, everyone is looking for shortcuts to achieve success. He wants to earn a lot of money, but he does not want to work hard and attentively. Whenever someone is asked to do something, his first question is that what will I benefit from doing this work?? What will I get? It is also included in the responsibility or not. And the third question is that if I don't do this, what difference will it make? How will it be if I hand over this work to someone else instead of doing it myself? If I do this work tomorrow, then what is wrong? Even if this work is not completed today, there is no problem. It will happen tomorrow. Even if work is done, it is as if life is saved. Much less work is attempted than what is assigned. Laziness and laziness have become rich in everyone's bones. What everyone wants is that the salary should be paid in advance but my part should be done by someone else. Then it is said that jobs are not available. Every one of us looks for a job. There is no one who looks for work.

Everyone is sitting in the office and waiting for the office time to end. And doomsday breaks when the boss orders that there will be a meeting after the holiday. Or the boss calls a few moments before the holiday and assigns a task that must be done on the same day in any case. They come out of the boss's office shouting abuse and start waiting for a miracle with their hands on their heads. Those who want to work are freed from the bondage of time. For them work is everything. They work without caring about the remuneration and then there comes a time when they become a need of others and then they decide the remuneration of their work like Picasso and then the worldly remuneration also gives them. Their works become their identity till the end of the world.
