The old mansion had been abandoned for years, but the stories about the ghost in toilet number three still persisted. Some people said that it was the ghost of a young woman who had been murdered in the bathroom, while others claimed that it was the spirit of a former owner who had died of a heart attack while using the toilet.

One day, a group of friends decided to explore the mansion and see if the ghost stories were true. They made their way to the third floor, where the bathroom was located. The door was unlocked, and they stepped inside.

The bathroom was old and dusty, with peeling paint and cracked tiles. The toilet was in the corner, and the friends could see that it was stained and dirty.

"I'm not going in there," said one of the friends. "It's too creepy."

"Come on," said another friend. "It's just a bathroom."

The friends reluctantly entered the bathroom. They stood around the toilet, looking at each other.

"So," said one of the friends. "Who's going to go first?"

No one volunteered.

"I'll do it," said the friend who had been reluctant to enter the bathroom in the first place.

He took a deep breath and opened the toilet seat. He peered inside, but there was nothing there.

"See?" he said. "There's nothing to be afraid of."

The other friends took turns looking inside the toilet, but they didn't see anything either.

"I guess the ghost stories were just that," said one of the friends.

The friends started to leave the bathroom, but as they were walking out, they heard a noise. It sounded like someone was crying.

The friends turned around and looked at each other.

"Did you hear that?" asked one of the friends.

"Yes," said another friend. "It sounded like it was coming from the toilet."

The friends looked at each other, then back at the toilet.

"I'm not going back in there," said one of the friends.

"Me neither," said another friend.

The friends stood there for a moment, listening to the crying.

"Maybe we should call the police," said one of the friends.

"No," said another friend. "We don't need to get the police involved. We can handle this ourselves."

The friends took a deep breath and walked back into the bathroom. They stood around the toilet, listening to the crying.

"Who's there?" asked one of the friends.

The crying stopped.

"Is someone in there?" asked another friend.

The crying started again.

"We're here to help you," said one of the friends.

The crying stopped.

The friends waited a moment, but they didn't hear anything else.

"I think it's gone," said one of the friends.

The friends started to leave the bathroom, but as they were walking out, they heard a voice.

"Thank you," the voice said.

The friends turned around and looked at each other.

"Did you hear that?" asked one of the friends.

"Yes," said another friend. "It sounded like it was coming from the toilet."

The friends looked at each other, then back at the toilet.

"I guess the ghost is gone," said one of the friends.

The friends walked out of the bathroom and left the mansion. As they were walking away, they heard the sound of laughter.

"I guess she's happy now," said one of the friends.

The friends smiled and continued walking.
