We Are Getting a Siren Head Movie

I have recently learned that horror fans have another analog horror that will also be getting a movie. Siren Head gained a lot of popularity when it was first released, and while the craze has slightly died down, I wouldn't doubt that people are going to lose their minds when this movie will be released.

My only concern for this idea, is the creature design itself.

Whoever is going to be directing this movie, is going to need to hire the best animators or CGI artists. I'm sure they could get away with using practical effects to a point, but due to the size of this creature, they are definitely going to need a very good budget for this kind of monster design.

The story could also go in any direction, and I have one cool idea that I hope the creative team will tackle. What if we follow a group of adults or maybe even a couple of them that decide to go to the woods to search for the urban legend of Siren Head? Maybe it could already be a well-known myth, because maybe several people have disappeared over the years for wanting to search for a creature like this.

Kinda like the Blair Witch from The Blair Witch Project, a supernatural creature that the main three characters didn't really believe, until it was too late. They could do a lot with the Siren Head story, similar to the one found footage film that started the craze. Speaking of found footage, I'm curious if this horror film will be heading in that direction. It could work, but found footage or not, this movie will still lead to a huge fanbase.

While I'm glad that all of these amazing online horror concepts are finally getting the recognition that they deserve, I'm worried that this could eventually lead to potential bad projects. What if many horror directors take over these horror ideas, and overdo the concept or turn it into something else that will piss off a lot of horror fans?

This does tend to happen a lot, when it comes to people wanting to follow a specific genre of films. Like when Hollywood decided to start the musical trend with their films, and I have a feeling it had to do with the movie Barbie, and that's the only film that definitely deserved to do whatever it wanted, and it worked in its favor. It was such an obvious trend that followed, and I got annoyed with the other films, when they decided to do the same thing that Barbie did, and of course, it was received poorly by fans.

I'm not saying that Siren Head and other projects are going to suddenly turn into musicals, because that would be a disaster, but there is that fear that they could start messing up these films as time goes on. There is always that one bad horror movie in the bunch among all genres in horror, so hopefully the analog horror craze will be spared from this mess.

Despite this worry, I'm still optimistic. I'm sure that these analog horror movies are going to be awesome, and I can't wait to see what will happen with the other horror films that will follow! We also got an announcement of a Mandela Catalogue horror film, so that is definitely now one of my most anticipated horror films of the year! The thought of doppelgangers going after people in a small-town sound so freaking scary, and I think it has the potential to deliver one of the best horror concepts of all time!
