The scary broken mirror

It's a strange reflection of my antique mirror, which I loved

Jenna wandered through the crowded antique market, eyes scanning the wares for something special. And then she saw it: a stunning antique mirror with a delicate filigree frame. Jenna approached it tentatively, almost reverently, and traced her fingers over the intricate design. As she gazed into the glass, she felt a strange sense of connection to the past, to the people who had gazed into this mirror before her. Jenna knew she had to have it, and so she carefully lifted it from its place and carried it home with a sense of excitement and anticipation, eager to see what secrets the mirror might reveal.

Jenna had finally found it: the perfect antique mirror. Its intricate filigree frame was the epitome of elegance, and when she gazed into the glass, she felt a sense of connection to the past.

Jenna was determined to put the mirror in the best place in her house, a spot where it would catch the light and showcase its beauty. She spent hours moving furniture around and considering different angles until she finally found the perfect spot: a wall bathed in natural light that illuminated the mirror's delicate design.

And once the mirror was in place, Jenna felt a sense of happiness that she had never experienced before. Every time she passed by the mirror, she couldn't resist a glance, admiring her reflection in the glass and feeling a sense of pride that she had found such a beautiful treasure.

Over time, the mirror became more than just a piece of decor to Jenna. It was a symbol of her determination and her commitment to finding beauty in the world. And every time she looked at it, she was reminded that happiness is often found in the small, beautiful things that surround us every day.

Jenna couldn't shake the feeling that something was off about the mirror. It was as if the reflection she saw in the glass was a slightly different version of herself, a parallel reality that was slowly starting to bleed into her own. At first, the differences were so subtle that she could brush them off as a trick of the light. Maybe her hair was catching the sun in a different way, or maybe her clothes were just wrinkled differently than she remembered. But as time went on, the discrepancies grew more frequent and pronounced. Jenna began to wonder if the mirror was somehow showing her a different version of herself, one that existed in another dimension or in another time. And as she stared into the glass, she couldn't help but feel a sense of unease, as if she was on the verge of uncovering a secret that was both thrilling and terrifying.

One nightJenna's heart raced as she stared into the mirror, unable to tear her eyes away from the figure moving in the background of the reflection. It was a person she didn't recognize, but they were definitely there, their movements slow and deliberate as if they were watching her from afar.

Jenna tried to turn around to get a better look, but a strange force seemed to hold her in place. She was trapped, unable to move as the figure in the mirror grew closer and closer. And as it drew near, Jenna could see that it was not a person at all, but something far more sinister.

The figure was a grotesque monster, its skin twisted and distorted into unnatural shapes. Its eyes glowed with a sickly green light, and its mouth hung open in a silent scream. Jenna felt a surge of terror wash over her as she realized that the monster was coming for her, drawn by the power of the antique mirror.

But just as the monster was about to reach her, Jenna managed to wrench herself away from the mirror's gaze. She stumbled backwards, gasping for air as she tried to process what had just happened. And as she looked back at the mirror, she could see the monster staring back at her, waiting for its next chance to strike.

Jenna stared into the antique mirror, admiring her reflection as she brushed her hair before bed. But as she continued to gaze into the glass, she noticed something strange happening to her features. Her face seemed to shift and contort, as if something was trying to force its way out.

Jenna tried to look away, but the mirror seemed to hold her in place. And then, with a sickening lurch, the transformation was complete. The monster that had been lurking in the shadows of the antique mirror had taken on the form of a woman, one that bore an eerie resemblance to Jenna herself.

The woman smiled wickedly, and Jenna could see that her eyes were the same sickly green as the monster's had been. She reached out a hand, beckoning Jenna closer with a promise of secrets and forbidden knowledge.

Jenna knew she should be terrified, but she couldn't resist the woman's siren call. She approached the mirror, unable to look away from the woman's hypnotic gaze. And as she drew closer, she felt a strange sense of familiarity, as if she had known this woman all her life.

But just as Jenna was about to touch the mirror's surface, the woman's face twisted into a snarl, revealing her true form once more. The monster lunged forward, desperate to escape the confines of the antique mirror and claim Jenna as its own. And Jenna, paralyzed with fear, could only watch as the monster consumed her, body and soul.

As Jenna lunged forward to grab the woman in the mirror, she felt a sharp pain shoot through her body. It was as if an electric shock had passed through her fingertips, making her hand recoil in agony.

She stumbled backwards, gasping for breath as she tried to process what had just happened. The woman in the mirror laughed, her eyes glinting with malice as she watched Jenna struggle.

Jenna knew she had to get away, but the woman seemed to have a hold over her, keeping her rooted to the spot. She tried to summon all her strength and willpower, but the woman's power was too strong.

And then, with a sudden burst of determination, Jenna managed to break free. She turned and fled from the room, leaving the antique mirror and the woman behind her.

As she ran, Jenna could feel the woman's laughter echoing in her mind, taunting her with promises of pain and suffering. But Jenna refused to listen, determined to escape the mirror's grasp once and for all.

And when she finally emerged from the house, breathless and shaken, Jenna vowed never to return. She knew that the monster in the mirror was still out there, waiting for its next victim. But Jenna refused to be its prey, and she would do whatever it took to keep herself safe from the terror that lurked in the antique mirror's depths.

Days after her terrifying encounter with the monster in the mirror, Jenna returned to the house with a hammer in hand. She was determined to smash the antique mirror to pieces and put an end to the nightmare once and for all.

But as Jenna stepped into the room, she could feel the woman's presence weighing heavily on her. It was as if the monster was waiting for her, watching her every move.

Jenna hesitated for a moment, but then she steeled herself and swung the hammer at the mirror with all her might. The glass shattered into a million pieces, scattering across the floor in a shower of glittering shards.

For a moment, Jenna felt a sense of relief, as if a great weight had been lifted from her shoulders. But then she heard a low growling sound, and she knew that the monster was still there, waiting to strike.

Jenna turned to run, but as she reached the door, she stumbled and fell to the ground. She looked down to see that her foot was caught on a loose floorboard, trapping her in place.

The monster in the mirror laughed, its voice echoing in Jenna's mind as it closed in for the kill. Jenna knew that she was trapped, and that there was no escape.

And then, with a sudden burst of strength, Jenna managed to break free. She scrambled to her feet and ran for the door, her heart pounding in her chest as she raced towards the safety of the outside world.

As she stumbled out of the house, Jenna realized that she had narrowly escaped with her life. The monster in the mirror was still out there, waiting for its next victim. But Jenna knew that she had to put this nightmare behind her and move on, before it was too late.

The shattered glass of the antique mirror glinted in the moonlight, casting eerie shadows across the dimly lit room. Jenna had always been drawn to the mirror's beauty, with its intricate silver frame and delicate etchings.

But tonight, as she stared into the broken glass, she felt a sense of unease creeping up on her. There was something about the shattered fragments of the mirror that seemed to call out to her, beckoning her closer.

Jenna approached the mirror hesitantly, her heart racing in her chest as she drew near. She could see her own reflection in the broken shards, distorted and twisted by the jagged edges.

But then, as she peered closer, she saw something else in the glass. A dark figure, lurking in the shadows at the edge of the mirror's frame.

Jenna gasped in horror, stepping back as the figure seemed to move closer, its eyes gleaming with malevolence.

She knew that she had to get out of there, and fast. But as she turned to run, she stumbled and fell, her hand reaching out to clutch at the broken mirror as she went down.

And that's when everything went black.
