The City of Dreams

Where You Don’t Just Dream — You Disappear…

The Journey to Hisar

I’m Maheen — just an ordinary girl exhausted by an unending cycle of university assignments, family drama, and constant pressure. All I craved was a break.

One day, my cousin Saad told me about a mysterious city named Hisar.

"They say if someone dreams about that place, they end up there within seven days — whether alive or dead."

I laughed. “That’s absurd!”

But that night… I had my first glimpse of Hisar in a dream.

Day One of the Dream

I was walking through a forest. Everything looked faded — even the green trees seemed gray. As I walked along a cracked stone road, I saw a signboard:

“Welcome to Hisar — Population: 0”

I suddenly felt someone’s breath on the back of my neck. I turned around — no one was there.

But I still felt the breath.

Voices in the City

Each night, the dream deepened. And every day I woke up more tired, more drained. Strange voices began calling my name during the day. And then one night, I witnessed something horrifying:

I saw my own death.

I was tied to a chair in a house within Hisar. Two faceless women stood before me. One of them drew a knife and sliced my throat.

I screamed and woke up — only to find a red scratch on my neck.

The Seventh Night — The Door Appears

Seven days passed. I saw Hisar everywhere — in mirrors, on my phone screen, even in the clouds.

And then… that same old wooden door appeared in my bedroom wall.

This time, I opened it.

And I stepped through.

Alive in a Dead City

I was standing in Hisar — for real.

The city was empty… but it breathed. A call to prayer echoed from a mosque, but the building was abandoned. Market stalls were full of fruit, books, and clothes — but not a single shopkeeper in sight.

The streets were filled with people I’d seen in my dreams — their faces upside down, with no eyes. And they all whispered the same chilling words:

“You cannot leave now, Maheen…”

The Truth Revealed

I found an old, dusty diary inside an abandoned house — my name was on the cover. Inside it said:

“Everyone who sees Hisar in their dreams comes here eventually.

But only those who bring someone else can ever escape.”

I finally understood: to survive, I had to show someone else the dream.

Return… Or Did I?

I opened my eyes. I was back in my room.

Everything looked normal.

Until I picked up my phone and unlocked the screen.

YouTube suggested a video titled:

“The Truth About Hisar — Never Watch This Video!”

And the thumbnail?

Me — standing in front of that same wooden door.

The End?

If you're reading this, think carefully…

Have you ever heard of Hisar in your dreams?

Have you ever seen the same strange city more than once?

If yes…

Then maybe you’re next.
