Terrifier 2’s Director Releases Exclusive Photos Of Art The Clown

Horror is a subjective genre in the cinematic world. Some people like cosmic horror and some might like gothic horror. Either way, the horror genre continues to frighten us with ghosts, witches, and werewolves. Horror is a subjective genre in the cinematic world. Some people like cosmic horror and some might like gothic horror. Either way, the horror genre continues to frighten us with ghosts, witches, and werewolves. Among them, the slasher is a classic genre that competes with every type of movie horror, and it is still relevant to this date.

Terrifier is a cult-classic slasher movie that you won’t see anytime on your TV screens. The first movie was so gruesome that almost all TV channels refused to air it for their viewers. The movie’s slasher ‘Art The Clown’ was a maniac who makes Pennywise look like a lost child in an amusement park. Damien Leone, writer, and director of Terrifier shared some insights about the second installment in the Terrifier series, releasing next year on a major streaming platform.

According to Damien Leone, Terrifier 1 received a lot of appreciation for its gore and straight-to-the-point approach, making it one of the best slasher movies of the modern era. The shooting for the movie is completed, and the film crew covered almost every part of the movie. In Damien’s Facebook post, he concludes that his crew is done with the shooting, sound, and famous hacksaw scene in Terrifier 1 and other major visual effects.

About Terrifier

Terrifier is an American slasher movie directed by Damien Leone and cast lesser-known actors like David Howard Thornton as Art the Clown, Samantha Scaffidi as Victoria Heyes, Jenna Kanell as Tara Heyes, and Catherine Corcoran as Dawn. The movie follows the events of Art the Clown killing spree, who is infamous for killing people without any reason or will. The killer hunts women and children in the night. He carries a bag full of tools and torturing weapons. As a clown, people tend to make fun of him and laugh at him whenever or picks a fight with him. By selecting his targets, Art the Clown follows them and kidnaps them to his personal basement of torture where he tortures them with his bizarre set of tools and torture methods.

How Terrifier 2 will be different from Terrifier 1?

The first Terrifier was the experiment as who’d know the outcome of the movie before its release? For movies that include chainsaws, bloodbaths, and gut-ripping gore, the chance of its success is a gamble. But Terrifier gained a cult-like following within the horror genre. Horror fans and critics loved the uncensored and raw nature of the movie. According to Damien, the second part of the movie will be a more intense, graphic, and generous bloodbath scene that will be memorable for all the horror fans.

What is the release date of Terrifier 2?

As per the Facebook post, Damien didn’t share a fixed release as he is still looking for distributors and the movie still needs cuts, special effects, color grinding, and other effects and music. But fans can expect the movie to be released in the fall of 2021 on major movie streaming platforms.
