Well, I’m vaguely sure that we’re doing something sort of therapeutic. Though the way that John goes about it doesn’t feel right. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is meant to help you deal with stressful situations and other things. The other things I can’t remember are off the top of my head right now. As I’m not entirely sure if I’m even remembering what was supposed to happen at all. I suppose in a way that this would help me practice with stressful situations. How to deal with someone that wants to own you like a damn animal is one. Keeping said person happy is probably part of that. This has been something that’s been easier said than done.
