The Ghost Story (Horror story)
The Haunting of Hillside Mansion Raj, Jothi, and Kamal were three best friends who loved to explore the abandoned places in their town. They were fearless and always up for an adventure. One day, they heard about an old mansion on the outskirts of town that had been abandoned for years. It was said to be haunted, and no one dared to go near it. But, the three friends were curious and decided to explore it. The First Night They arrived at the mansion at midnight and climbed over the fence. As they entered the mansion, they could feel the cold breeze and the eerie silence. They explored the mansion and found nothing unusual until they reached the attic. The attic was full of cobwebs and old furniture. Suddenly, they heard a strange noise, like footsteps, coming from the corner of the attic. They looked around but found nothing. They thought it must have been their imagination and decided to leave. The Second Night The three friends could not stop thinking about the strange noise they had heard in the attic. They decided to go back to the mansion and explore it again. This time they brought a flashlight and some tools to help them explore. As they entered the mansion, they noticed that everything was in the same place as they had left it the previous night. They explored the mansion and found nothing unusual until they reached the basement. The basement was dark and creepy. Suddenly, they heard a whisper coming from the corner of the basement. They looked around but found nothing. They thought it must have been their imagination and decided to leave. The Third Night The three friends could not resist the temptation to explore the mansion again. They arrived at the mansion, climbed over the fence, and entered the mansion. As they entered the mansion, they could feel the cold breeze and the eerie silence. They explored the mansion and found nothing unusual until they reached the master bedroom. The master bedroom was huge, and the bed was covered with a white sheet. Suddenly, they heard a creaking noise coming from the bed. They slowly walked towards the bed, and as they lifted the sheet, they saw a ghostly figure lying on the bed. The Ghostly Encounter The ghostly figure was a woman with long black hair, wearing a white dress. She had a pale face, and her eyes were closed. The three friends were terrified and froze on the spot. Suddenly, the ghostly figure opened her eyes and looked at the three friends. Her eyes were bloodshot, and she had a wicked smile on her face. The three friends screamed and ran out of the mansion. The Aftermath After the terrifying encounter with the ghostly figure, Raj, Jothi, and Kamal could not sleep for days. They were haunted by the image of the ghostly figure, and they could hear her whispering their names. They decided to do some research about the mansion and found out that it was known as the Hillside Mansion. The mansion was owned by a wealthy family who had died in a fire that broke out in the mansion years ago. It was rumored that the ghostly figure they had encountered was the ghost of the lady of the mansion who had died in the fire. The Lesson Learned Raj, Jothi, and Kamal learned their lesson that day. They realized that exploring abandoned places could be dangerous and that they should always be cautious. They also realized that ghosts do exist and that they should not take them lightly. From that day onwards, they never explored any abandoned places again and always respected the dead. In conclusion, the story of Raj, Jothi, and Kamal is a reminder that we should always be careful when exploring abandoned places. Ghosts do exist, and we should not take them lightly. Hillside Mansion The Final Night Despite their terrifying encounter, the curiosity of Raj, Jothi, and Kamal got the best of them. They decided to return to the Hillside Mansion one final time, with the hope of uncovering more information about the ghostly figure they had encountered. As they approached the mansion, they noticed that the front door was slightly ajar. Fearful yet curious, they cautiously pushed it open and entered the darkened foyer. The air was thick with the musty smell of decay and an ominous silence engulfed the house. Suddenly, they heard footsteps coming from the upper floor. They followed the sound, climbing the creaky stairs to the first landing. The door to the master bedroom stood slightly ajar, and they could see a flickering light emanating from within. As they approached the room, they could hear a woman's voice singing a haunting melody. The melody grew louder as they entered the room, and the flickering light revealed the ghostly figure of a woman sitting at the dressing table. The ghostly figure turned towards the three friends, and to their surprise, she smiled at them. The woman beckoned them closer, and they slowly approached her, fearing the worst.
