The story I'm about to tell isn't mine, but it's about a friend of mine. I don't know where he is now, but he'll always remember those two months. I used to live in a PG in Minnesota. There were other guys living with me. One of them was Michael. He was a good friend of mine and lived with us. He was studying law at the time.

His college was far away from our PG. In fact, it was on the outskirts of town. There were no buses or shuttles to the college. So he decided to buy a house near the college. He had a younger brother, who also went to college there. He was studying engineering.

His parents also decided that they should buy a house there. After moving out of the PG, he lived in a new house for two months. But then, two months later, he returned to our PG. When we saw him again, he had completely changed. He looked very sick. He had become very thin. There were dark circles under his eyes. It felt as if someone had drained all his strength. His brother was the same, thin and sickly. Both were in exactly the same condition. When we asked him, he told us everything that had happened. He said that for the first week everything was normal, but then after a week, he constantly felt as if someone was standing outside the house, looking inside. But when he went out to check, he saw no one. It was only the two of them. One evening, the two of them were sitting outside in the courtyard, drinking tea, when suddenly his brother said, "Big brother, there's someone inside." At first, Michael couldn't understand, but his brother said again, "Someone's moving around inside the house... a woman..." Michael said, "Let's go and see." They went inside and searched the entire house, but saw no one. Then his brother said, "Brother, look over there! There's a woman roaming around in the courtyard."

Michael still didn't see anything, but from that day on, his younger brother's health began to deteriorate. He wouldn't eat properly, and if he did, he would vomit. He even failed his college exams. But Michael hadn't had any problems until then. He just felt a constant sense of dread at home. Seeing his brother's condition, his mother called him back to Bannock, where they had their own home. After his younger brother left, Michael was studying one day when he suddenly felt someone standing behind him, staring at him, but there was no one there. After a while, he went to sleep. In the night, he turned to turn, and in his sleep, he saw someone sitting near his feet... a woman... the woman's shape was there... but she wasn't clearly visible... it was blurry. He thought he was dreaming... and he went back to sleep. When he woke up in the morning, he realized that someone had been reaching for his hand all night. Sometimes he would see a woman standing on the street outside, staring at him. Sometimes she was visible, sometimes not. All this was very disturbing for him, but it was just the beginning. Gradually, he realized that this was the woman his brother had been talking about. He couldn't even eat, and even fresh food would spoil within an hour. Michael's condition was becoming exactly like his brother's. He called his mother and told her everything. Her mother decided to come and see for herself. By the time his mother arrived, Michael had been living there for about a month and a half. One night, while sleeping, his mother felt a woman pulling him from the bed toward the door, and he screamed, "Let go! Don't pull!" Hearing her mother's voice, Michael woke her up, only to discover she was dreaming. His mother immediately realized something was wrong. Every night, Michael felt someone sitting near him, sometimes near his feet, sometimes near his head.

Sometimes, while sleeping, he felt someone knocking on the door. Once, he even heard his grandmother's voice calling him from outside the gate at 2:30 a.m. His mother was there at the time and heard it too. She knew it couldn't be his grandmother, as she was at home in Bannock. Michael's mother also noticed that he felt tired all the time since moving in. She called Michael's father and had the house vacated.

Then, the owner of the property was contacted. He explained that he didn't know the whereabouts of the people who had lived there before. He had simply found the property to be good and cheap, so he had bought it. At first, the landlord was reluctant to believe their words, but after seeing Michael's condition, he had to agree. After this, Michael moved back to his hometown with his family and hasn't seen me since.
