The Lambert family moved into a new home, hoping to start fresh after a rough year. However, strange things began happening almost immediately. Doors would slam shut on their own, whispers could be heard in empty rooms, and shadowy figures would appear in the corner of their vision.

One night, the eldest son, Dalton, fell into a coma for no apparent reason. The doctors were stumped, and the family began to suspect that something supernatural was at work. Desperate for answers, they turned to a team of paranormal investigators.

The investigators soon discovered that the house was haunted by a powerful demon who had latched onto Dalton's soul. They warned the family that the demon was not only trying to possess Dalton but also wanted to enter our world through a portal in the house.

The family was terrified, and the investigators said the only way to save Dalton was to perform an astral projection and confront the demon in the other realm. The father, Josh, reluctantly agreed to perform the dangerous ritual, but little did he know that he would come face to face with his own haunted past.

As Josh entered the other realm, he discovered that he too had been targeted by the demon as a child. The demon had been following him his whole life, and now it wanted his soul too. Josh fought valiantly, but the demon was too strong.

Just as all hope seemed lost, the ghost of a psychic appeared and helped Josh defeat the demon. Dalton woke up from his coma, and the family finally had their happy ending. However, Josh knew that he would never truly be free from the demon's grasp. The demon had left its mark on his soul, and it would always be a part of him.

The family was relieved when the medium, Elise, arrived at their home. She immediately sensed a malevolent presence and performed a spiritual cleansing. However, during the ritual, Elise discovered that Dalton was not merely in a coma, but his soul had traveled to an astral realm called "The Further," where he was being held captive by a demon.

Elise informed the family that in order to rescue Dalton, they must venture into The Further, but warned them that it was a dangerous place where they could become trapped forever. Despite the risks, the family agreed to go.

As they entered The Further, they were immediately greeted by a sinister presence. The further they went, the more horrific the creatures became. They finally arrived at the demon's lair where Dalton was being held. The demon, who was known as the "Red-Faced Demon," attacked them with all its might. The family fought back, but it seemed impossible to defeat the demon.

Just when they thought it was over, Dalton's father discovered that he had the ability to astral project, just like his son. With this newfound power, he was able to enter Dalton's body in The Further and bring him back to the physical realm. The family narrowly escaped The Further, but not without bringing back something evil with them.

Days after they returned, strange occurrences started happening in their home. They discovered that the demon from The Further had followed them back and was now targeting their other children. They contacted Elise once again, who came to their rescue. With the help of her team and Dalton's father, they were able to finally vanquish the demon and save the family.

However, the events of that night stayed with the family forever. They realized that the supernatural realm was not just a myth, and that evil entities could easily cross over to the physical world. They never forgot the terror they experienced in The Further, and made sure to keep themselves and their loved ones protected from the unknown.
