After a friendly conversation with this person, some kind of anxiety appears, which is difficult to describe in words, do you remind yourself of a squeezed lemon? Chances are, you've met an emotional vampire.

Vampires are total control freaks

How to Compute:These folks are usually immaculately dressed and ridiculously (too) well organized. Because they are unfamiliar with the notion of "easy solutions," the advantages and disadvantages of each option must be evaluated and assessed. Most importantly, once a decision is made, it cannot be reversed.

What the victim is drawn to: Control freaks may be devoted companions. You can be certain that if they make a commitment to you, they will keep it. Their attention to detail might be bothersome, but more often than not, it will save you time and money.

Why Vampires

Control freaks are perfectionists with strong moral values and want others to behave similarly. They will be disappointed in you if you do not do what they do. These folks would never intentionally insult somebody, but if you "block" them from regulating what is happening, your actions will result in an extremely painful reaction. So you might believe you approached the decision of a restaurant for dinner intelligently, and a control freak will immediately tell you that you were incorrect and made a mistake. So be it; he'll do you a favour and eat supper with you, but only because he didn't have time to deal with this matter himself.

Protections: Accept that you will never act like them, but don't be silent if any of these people upset you. There are no halftones in their black and white world, so be sure to tell what exactly hurt you, why it hurts, and explain how to avoid such situations next time.

Paranoid vampires

How to calculate: Paranoid vampires enjoy being insulted and can conjure up a massive elephant out of the slightest fly. They are extremely sceptical, do not trust anyone's word, and take any accidently dropped term entirely at their own risk. If you tell a paranoid vampire you admire his dress style, he will immediately think, "Yeah, there's something wrong with my shoes."

What they entice the victim with: paranoid individuals defend their family and/or one or two close friends; moreover, they cut the truth and, in general, speak to others in the face of what you would never dare to say.

Due to what vampires: paranoid vampires follow specific rules, in their opinion, everyone else should do the same. They are in an eternal search for evidence of "crimes" and ... usually they are found. These people are incapable of forgiving and forgetting. Paranoid vampires have literally every bast in the line, and any doubts are interpreted not in favor of the suspect.

Methods of protection: if you have something to hide, a paranoid vampire will definitely discover this "something", so the only sure way to protect yourself is to be honest and always tell the truth and only the truth (paranoid vampires are sure that the one who cheats on trifles, probably lying to them in a big way).

Most importantly, do not allow yourself to be "infected" with the paranoia virus, otherwise you will begin to suspect your family and friends of all mortal sins - and there is no safer way to ruin your life.

Party vampires

How to Calculate: Party vampires are impulsive, reckless, and don't hesitate to lie to get what they want. They always offer to drink one more drink, continue the party until six in the morning, etc. What they lure the victim into: they are charming, adorable, fun with them. You could be the same if you had no commitment or conscience. When you are with them, you feel like the chosen one, special, belonging to a higher caste.

Due to what they are vampires: they will be with you exactly until more interesting prospects loom on the horizon. As soon as this happens, you will be abandoned immediately and without regret. They tend to be lighthearted about money and push others (including you) to do financial stupid things and do things you really don't want to do. If you have something wrong, vampire party-goers will not want to communicate with you, because they do not want to hear about your problems.

Means of protection: have fun with communication, but do not expect anything from them. Don't get involved in things you don't like, and for heaven's sake, hide your wallet and credit cards.

Selfish vampires ("Me-me-me" -vampires)

How to Calculate: They are undoubtedly very successful people, but that doesn't stop them from putting in a lot of effort to make sure you know this too. In a few minutes after the meeting, you will be aware of all their achievements and meeting the right people.

What the victim is attracted to : pretty quickly you begin to feel like a needed and important person, without which an egoistic vampire cannot do. And, of course, they use their own charisma left and right.

Due to what vampires are: if they do not talk about themselves, then this conversation does not interest them. They need friends to "stroke" their egos. For them, people are just a means to achieve their goals. However, they can feign sympathy, but they lack sincerity.

Methods of protection: if you need anything from them, think about what an egoistic vampire might need from you and act according to the principle "You are for me, I am for you." Make a deal and demand that he fulfill his share of the obligation first. Severely? And where to go! Self-interest is the only thing that can motivate him.
