Antlers' follows a teacher named Julia Meadows from a small Oregon town whose brother is the sheriff. When she comes into contact with a mysterious and withdrawn student, she becomes interested in the comings and goings of the young man. She then learns that he is hiding a deadly secret that is crucial to the city's survival.Antlers is about Thomas (Lucas Weaver), a withdrawn boy of about 8. He catches animals in the forest to take home and then feed them to something that is hiding in his house. When Thomas is preparing another meal, he hears glass breaking, he runs towards it, and he sees blood on the floor by a broken window. This suggests that the creature has escaped. Thomas's teacher, Julia Meadows (Keri Russell), notices that Thomas is behaving strangely. Julia's brother is Sheriff Paul (Jesse Plemons) and is busy with a strange death in which part of a pair of antlers is found.

Julia finds Thomas's behavior so strange that it arouses her curiosity and she investigates. The Sheriff is also investigating the death and so the investigation of Julia and the Sheriff, both lead to Thomas. The trailer reveals that the creature is sort of transforming into something that has antlers.
