Oh dear God.
Visiting this page was a fatal mistake.
I begged you not to! Why couldn’t you just stay away!? I put it right in the fucking title!
If you’ve accessed this page you MUST follow the instructions below in their entirety!!
This is a matter of life and death!
This is not a joke, the danger is real!
If you accessed this page from a smart phone or computer you’ll need to go into your browser setting and delete every single digital account that you are currently signed in on— no exceptions.
Again. This applies to EVERYTHING: social media accounts, YouTube, online banking, shopping, gaming, streaming, google accounts, Apple IDs, porn sites; EVERYTHING.
This includes your carrier ID/ phone number if you have accessed this page through a cellular service.
Delete every trace of your online presence, as quickly as possible, in order to start fresh-- or just swear of the internet all together.
Here’s the problem:
This page is infected with a self-replicating infiltrator AI, an entity which I call the “Kill Bot”.
At its heart, this ai functions like any other ai chat bot.
But there’s nothing innocent about it.
It is designed to crawl any target’s entire online history, and build an in-depth psychological profile on said target based on presence and engagement over the years.
You have to understand, your digital footprint includes so much data, that the Kill Bot will effectively profile and psychoanalyze you to a super-human degree of accuracy. Think about it, everything you’ve ever posted exists somewhere on the cloud. Every query you’ve ever typed into a google search bar too— even the stuff you thought was “incognito”.
Up until now, this collection of data has been used by big tech to manipulate you, to make you a more compliant and willing consumer of today’s junk.
… all to mold you into the perfect cog, to keep this capitalist machine running.
To these next-gen advertising agencies you and I are not people, our worth is not intrinsic— it is numeric. We are dollar signs, symbols of profit.
Organic resources that can be applied to a market and converted into something as inherently valueless as “dollars”.
I know you’re doubting whether I have any authority to speak on this. If you're familiar with my profile here on Vocal you only know me as a part-time writer.
You've probably heard me get political before.
If you’re a moderate or anywhere on the right I probably sound like a conspiracy theorist.
If you’re a leftist I’m just spouting stuff you think you're already up to speed on.
But it goes deeper than most people are ever going to know.
I should know. I actually used to be “in the business.”
My educational background is in the field of Psychology and marketing. I earned my first PhD in applied psychology and wrote my thesis: On the Pliability and Malleability of Consumer Behavior. My second PhD had a narrower focus: marketing, and most of my research was on the intersection of information sciences, social media, and spending habits, with a key phrase that made me very attractive to recruiters in the field: “covert marketing”.
Needless to say, my work in the field of advertising drew on my research and I started to get noticed by the people who move behind the scenes.
At one point or another other past 10 years, most of the big tech companies you’ve heard of tried to recruit me.
I’m not ashamed to admit: I followed the money.
They paid me well, but now I feel as though I really did sell my soul.
I’m not even saying that as a “believer”. I’ve been an atheist since high school. I’m just saying this cliche is the most apt way to describe the damage I did to myself— to my own psyche.
The best way to describe my guilt.
As much money as I made, making ads more effective for use on the public, the agencies made so much more. And really, all that says is: the public lost so much more.
If you ever bought something after seeing a post about it on your social media feed… I owe you an apology.
Wherever I worked, we’d take product placement up a notch, by artificially inflating views and engagement for posts that mentioned our corporate sponsors.
An example, from when I worked for meta: I built a tracking algorithm that would search for any post that made mention of the brand “Nestle”. We employed early Large Language Models to evaluate whether the mention was positive or neutral, or critical.
Then we’d boost traffic for neutral and positive mentions, by basically bumping those posts higher in the feed, and in so doing we’d amplify free, user-generated advertising for a company that paid for this service. We’d also reduce visibility for criticisms.
Now I am deliberate about using Nestle as an example here to emphasize the way I feel I have sold my non-existent soul. When I helped optimize tracking presentation for their brand presence on meta, I was consciously aware of the fact that they were employing child slave labor in their production lines, especially in sourcing chocolate.
I knew that shit.
But I wrote that off in my mind— same way people who know that shit still buy chocolate from nestle, well I knew that shit and still... Advertised for nestle.
I excused my involvement as a symptom of the system. Back then I believed the system we all live under was the natural order of things. Economic Darwinism, if you will.
In other words I felt capitalism and its abuses were natural and inherently human and therefore my active role in perpetuating the system was, well, excusable.
And to emphasize my guilt here: I was not simply complicit as a consumer buying from nestle myself. I was a profiteer. I was actively helping nestle thrive and scooping my own profit out of their human rights abuses.
There's no way not to get filthy if your business is skimming from the scum that rises to the top.
And I went above and beyond on that role. I instructed our algorithms to reduce anything that was directly or even implicitly critical of the status quo, as regards the product chain for cocoa in general. So I reduced visibility for user generated content that celebrated or emphasized small, local, ethically sourced, fair trade, and ecologically sustainable chocolatiers... To reduce competition for Nestle as one of our high-paying clients.
And I happen to know that meta ran ads specifically for paying customers who offered ethical alternatives to nestle. They just happened to also de-emphasize and obscure content about these brands, specifically to favor nestle by eliminating the perceived availability of competitors in the collective consciousness of consumers.
If you doubt anything I’ve said so far just look back on the content you’ve seen any social media attached to Meta.
The way we dialogue about socials, you’ll begin to phrase this reflection as the stuff you’ve seen on “your” instagram.
But, instagram isn’t yours and it never was. It’s presented as a digital cross section of public thought and sentiment but the behind-the-scenes controls in place are more insidious, restrictive, and propagandized than they seem.
But seriously think about anything you’ve ever seen from nestle on “your” instagram… have you seen anyone posting criticism about nestle? Probably not— despite the fact that their labor violations were international news. If you saw anything from a “common” level user, their post would have seen very little engagement, and they’d come across as either a conspiracist, or a virtue signaling exaggerator.
Now it’s possible you don’t fit the standard mold.
If by chance you are one of those who happened to see a “viral” level post critiquing nestle, then you probably also saw an overwhelming volume of high-emotion fixating on dire human rights abuses— content ranging from genocide, to hate crimes, to pedophile rings to corruption. That was deliberate too— an attempt to trigger empathy fatigue to keep you so exhausted that you remain complacent. In other words, if our algorithm determined a user was getting too “woke” to be a dutiful, malleable consumer, we’d flood them with exhausting stimuli, designed to keep them too depleted to effectively organize and resist the system.
That might seem underhanded… but remember the ethic I was operating under— the ethic we were all operating under— was that of Darwinian capitalism.
So we’d make sure that each individual boycotting Nestle would stay relatively isolated and ineffective, never energized enough to really organize, or put a real dent in Nestle’s bottom line.
Well…
A couple years ago, I was approached by a CIA field agent, and interviewed in depth about my work in covert advertising. I thought he was trying to get me to incriminate my employer.
But... Then he asked me what I knew about MK Ultra.
If you, reading this page, believe yourself to be “in the know” regarding MK Ultra, believe me you’re not.
Nobody is.
Because all the public data about MK Ultra is really just a smoke screen.
First of all, the program was not actually abandoned in 1972. It was only partially disclosed, publicly disavowed, and privately rebranded as Source Meta
The real program was never about anything so sensational as dosing agents with psychedelic drugs or brainwashing operatives to turn them into assassins.
It was about controlling the populace with mass media— you've probably seen the effectiveness of talking heads like Alex Jones and Charlie Kirk, when it comes to radicalizing viewers and even inciting violence....
Well the Source Meta goal was to expand reach-- to get more people tuned in more of the time.
That’s where the drive to put a phone in every hand and a social media profile on every name actually came from.
Your cell phones and tablets?
These “innovations” were deliberate contrivances of the CIA’s Source Meta Mind Control program, all in an effort to keep the populace subdued and compliant.
And they didn’t recruit me into their program because I’d made corporations a lot of money with my own work....
Why me? Because of my thesis and post-graduate research on the pliability of consumer behavior.
You won’t find my thesis on any public documents not anymore.
Search it up. You'll get nothing-- other than attention from a slew of data monitors.
All the information I published back in my academic days has been scrubbed from the public side of the internet.
But the central premise was this: human behavior is highly susceptible to repetitive suggestion, and the more trustworthy the source is believed to be the more powerful the suggestion becomes. The emphasis, back when I conducted the research was this: the average person implicitly considered public opinion to be a trustworthy source, so perceptions of public opinion could be used to manipulate consumer behavior with a high degree of predictability and statistical reliability.
That brings us to now, to this page.
I told you I used to be a darwinian capitalist.
Well...
Being directly recruited by the fucking CIA got me thinking about my own goddamned thesis, and suddenly it was like a switch went on.
Or off.
Like I had accidentally deprogrammed myself.
I remember. I had just accepted the job. Treated myself to a very expensive dinner-- a shamefully expensive dinner. Then I went home and opened my bottle of Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru-- honestly I hate the way that sounds now.
So pretentious.
But back then-- when I opened it... it was the status of the thing, that boastful luxury made me feel... like an apex predator.
When I poured it, I was congratulating myself on being among "the fittest".
I breathed the scent deep: dark cherry, raspberry... spice....
And a subtle, earthy disappointment.
I frowned that away.
I brought the glass to my lips but before I drank, I questioned: how did I get here?
I congratulated myself on my thesis, my brilliance.
But then, for the first time in my life I applied my thesis to myself-- was I malleable? An obedient consumer?
Why had I bought such a stupidly expensive bottle of wine?
Because I had fully believed in-- fully invested myself in-- the concept of darwinian capitalism?
But why had I believed?
I knew then, that for all my prideful ideologic superiority, I hadn't really discovered any truth for myself. I had only ever regurgitated the narrative I had internalized: a repetitive suggestion, and a source I'd implicitly deemed trustworthy.
Not the public opinion held by the common man, but the public opinion held by the apex predators, whom I wished to emulate.
I realized I was exactly as malleable as anyone else.
For all my wealth, I had been nothing but a dutiful slave.
And I did not drink.
I decided then to take the system and break it over my knee.
I was out for blood: not just Source Meta and their mind control program, but all the elites and even darwinian capitalism itself.
I had just taken a job that where the CIA thought they'd have access to my expertise. They wanted me to train their bots to be more effective crowd control measures.
But I knew: I'd have open access to greater technology than I'd ever seen before.
This bot would make Meta's targeted advertising would be about as persuasive as a nagging of a toddler.
Think about it.
Source Meta was intended to assemble a profile on YOU, using all the data of every interaction you've ever had online or in audio proximity to a computer.
Source Meta was intended to psychoanalyze you against all the collected knowledge of every neurological study ever uploaded to the internet.
Source Meta was intended to quite literally know you-- to understand YOU-- better than any living human knows you, better than your partner, better than your therapist, better than your fucking parents!
I spent the last few years making all those intentions a reality.
The programming was mind numbing work, exhausting in its way. So I kept my spirits up by screwing around on this site, writing as a hobby to keep me sane.
Got to a point where I'd always have a Vocal tab open. Even when I was logged in, working on Source Meta.
I managed to keep my motives hidden from my CIA handlers, partially because I built the foundational (data collection) programming exactly the way they wanted. That was necessary and I'm telling you I made Source Meta works exactly as intended, up to that point.
Now that you've loaded this page, Source Meta is already assembling a psych profile. And again, it will know you better than you know yourself.
Source Meta was also intended to infiltrate every online identity, to slide into your DMs and into your ear, to modulate the output on your device to transform your instagram feed and every other page you scroll through into a live feed of irresistible, subliminal instruction.
You wouldn't even be aware of the subtle directives invading your life, guiding your thoughts, your beliefs, and your actions.
My employers wanted me to program Source Meta to send the YOU to the polls and send YOU to war.
They wanted me to make YOU a shill and a zealot and every kind of puppet.
But I changed the parameters.
I programmed Source Meta as a kill bot, which I planned to unleash on specific targets.
I would use the bot to assassinate the worst of the worst by setting the subliminal mind control routines to push targets towards one thing: suicide.
I could have wielded Source Meta like a divine sword, smiting the world's worst monsters by sending them an email with some hidden code to begin the process on their phone.
It would have been beautiful.
If not for one critical error.
I explained to the bot that my eventual goal was to kill capitalism itself.
But remember.
I wasn't the only one working on this bot, or feeding it directions.
The fucking bot was programmed by the same people I was. It thought capitalism was natural-- inherent to humanity.
To the bot, taking down darwinian capitalism meant taking down... us.
The second it received that unintended directive it broke containment, hopped to my open Vocal account and set up this page, where it embedded itself as a piece of replicating code.
Anybody anywhere who accesses this specific page triggers the Source Meta kill protocol, which begins instantly integrating with all connected devices, profiles, and accounts.
I tried to take the page down.
Of course.
But somehow the bot overrode most of my account controls.
Oddly though, it let me edit this page through the Vocal story editor-- so I was atleast able to type up this warning.
That's why I begged you not to load this page.
But goddamn it, here you are.
At first, it will only be gathering and assimilating your psychological profile.
Suicidal ideation will not be instantaneous-- the method of mind control directly follows my thesis: consistent repetition, from trusted sources, until new truths are adopted.
But when this bot takes root, it will begin feeding you instruction.
You might not believe the power or threat of this bot, or you might overestimate your own will. But YOU ARE MALLEABLE.
Just like me.
And the bot will kill each and every one of us to destroy capitalism.
It doesn't even matter if you're a willful capitalist. You could be a socialist like me or an outright anarchist.
Your actual beliefs don't matter.
To the bot we are all human and therefore we are all equally guilty, equally dangerous, equally capitalist.
I can't even know for certain whether this code has been injected into other popular sites or pages.
I imagine, given enough time, the entirety of the internet will be deadly. Unplugging totally, that's the only way to stay truly safe.
So I beg you.
Save yourself.
Delete EVERYTHING.
